Hello Sir,
What is the maximum working hours allowed in ITES companies as per labour laws. My company has 10 hrs X 5 days work policy. This includes 1 hour break every day. Which means 45 hrs working and 5 hrs break in a week. Is this allowed as per labour laws.

Dear Sir,
In the year of 2007 got married,i belongs to SC category & my fiancee comes under MBC segment.Just a month before i came to knew that about GOVT JOBS is available for Inter-Caste marriagers who registered with Employment within 2 years cum necessary papers.
Now my question is can i elegible for TAMILNADU GOVT JOBS under this scheme...,since i am asking this i got married is more than 6 years....

sir, I need to ask the experts that, if there is allegation of the complainant that, accused touched the private parts of the child but there is no allegation of penetariation in the complain so that it may constitute an offence u/s 3 & 5 of the Act.

Sir/Madam,
My sister is a senior citizen. My sister & brother-in-law own a CHS flat, they have no issues. My sister's name appears first on the share certificate of the CHS as well as on the registered agreement, my brother-in-law's name appears second on the share certificate of the CHS as well as on the registered agreement
My sister has appointed a nominee for the flat.
My brother-in-law demised last year. What is the legal position of my sister? Does she become absolute owner of the CHS flat as her name appears first? Should she apply for Letters of Administration or Succession Certificate?
What happens if my sister demises before receiving either Letters of Administration or Succession Certificate?

My friend bought a second-hand-car few days ago. Due to some family issues , my friend now want to sell the car. He has not transferred the ownership of the car yet. Now he don't want to transfer the car's ownership in his name as it will increase the number of ownership.But he thinks that he can't sell the car as he is not the registered owner of the car yet.
If he gets a Power of Attorney from the previous owner , will it help him to sell the car without being the registered owner?
Moreover , will it be legal to do so ? If No, then what will be the best way to sell the car ?

One more thing ; He can sell the car and receive the "delivery certificate". But can he give the party (whom he is selling the car) a "Money Receipt" that he is taking the money for selling that car?

Change in date of birth in passport
Respected sir/madam,
I am a student ,my passport expired 6 years ago and it was issu when i was 2 years of age.I had a different date of birth in my school as i was born in the month of JUNE 98 and now i have passed my class 10.My board certificate has dob 28 mar 98.Now i want to reissue my passport with the dob of my board certificate.Some of agents have told to file a civil suit in this case which will take time and some have told that u only need the dob certificate for which you want to reissue your passport.I do have both the birth certificates.Now im quite unsurd what to do,do i file a case or just go to the passport office with my birth certificate of the dob which is in my board certificate.i have to get my passportas soon as possible as my SISTERS marraige is next month.Plz guide me what to do and if i file a civil suit regarding this matter how much time it would take.May god bless and fill your life with abundant happiness to help me,and plz if any lawyer coluld help me in this case.Im from AGRA.
