Sir,
The Ld JMIC has awreded high maintennace against my brother Rs 30,000 per month to wife ( his inocme is Rs 50,000 per month)..we challenged the order before the court of session through revisiosn petition.The ADJ admitted our petition with directions that brother should pay 75 % amount which he complied..The session court requestioned records and the matter is now pending for 1 year.The trail court consider the case as "docket"..now its at argument stage and is fixed for 2 march 2015..the ASJ has send the record to trial court and directed to requestioned 2 days before the next date of hearing
Now my query is since the records has been send to trail court , his estarned wife i sready for execution application for remaining arreas for 1 year.In that case whether brother is bound to make payment as the fate of the case has not been decided?
if yes, how much is liable to make payment?
whether trial court can iniate proceedings against my brother for non paying of arreas despite of fact that matter is pending before the traial court?
what will be the suitable defence??

I am currently working as ASM in Jabalpur Division (W.C.R), Basic Pay Rs.16450 (i.e. 12250 pay in PB2+Rs. 4200 GP as per 6th pay commision). I was initially appointed on 18.09.2006 as ASM in 4500-7000(2800 GP) and I was promoted on 01.07.2010 in 4200 GP .
In 2012, Indian Railway organized Centralised Employement Notice No.03/2012 for different graduate post which was conduct by RRB Bhopal , I had applied for it with proper channel and NOC.
I got clear all stages of this exam successfully and I got Sr.Clerk cum Typist(2800 GP) post in Jan 2015.
Sir, I want to know that Is any pay protection for this new post which is lower grade

I am a disabled person working in High Court. In view of the recent decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India with regard to implementation of reservation to the disabled persons, i have submitted my representation before the Registry and a committe was constituted for examining the implementation of the committee on Administration Side.
As no action has been taken on my representation on administration side, i have filed the writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court on Judicial Side and the said matter is coming up hearing before the Hon'ble Judge who has examined my case on administration side as a member of the committee.
Whether the Hon'ble Judge has the power to hear the petition, if yes, give me a suggestion to proceed further.
Note: in the present case, i have no objection as a petitioner to hear the case by the Hon'ble Judge but the Registry (respondents) trying to making an objection on that ground.
Please give me suggestion. If possible, if the Judge permits to hear the petition, kindly give me the citations.

Is it possible to be reinstated back in service pending appeal against acquittal in HC,When session court has acquitted in a case under 302 rpc/ipc. Case is of an army officer.

Dear All good morning,
One of our Client Firm, there are two partners( A & B). last month 3rd week of December 2014 one partner Mr A. deceased. 4 legel persons are there ( C, D, E & F).
now my Doubt is
Old Partnership firm still now business operating.
1. Any Due date is there for legal heirs enter into partnership deed, if yes means, Section number?
2. Stamp Paper Purchased 4th week of Jan 2015, therefore, when New Legal heirs enter i.e., Date of deceased partner or Today date.

Hi,
I was given Divorce by Family Court on ground of Cruelty after 7 years of seperation. My wife appealed in High court which has not been admitted and dismissed after few hearings in High court.
I suspect that she wil definitely file an appeal in Supreme court.
Please aadvise if I need to wait or I can remarry and move on in life.

The issue which is similar to that of SHARADA and SAHARA and it is collected more than 75000crores from Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka and Chattisgadh states and from middle east countries. Showing as investment in Real Estate. But these funds are moderately transferring into 200 benami suitcase and airbubble companies. These people involved in money laundering, QuidProqo and holding regional political parties, law and order departments and every govt. authorities including state and central government.
EVEN THEY ARE HOLDING MEDIA OF PRO RULING PARTY AND OPP. PARTY.to make them silent in Andhra Pradesh.
This fraud is going on from last 25years. No govt.official dare to touch these people 's illegal activities like drugs transportation to all Metros in India, Gudumba transportation etc.
For this I am fighting as a social activist for the last one year by sending the mails to Governor, DGP, ACB of state heads, AP state heads since the people behind this organisation, six brothers, are located at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The mails which I marked to the above honorable members and also to ED, CBI, RBI are attaching for your ready reference.
The cheques which are issued by this fraud company are bouncing for the past one and half year.
I believe because of the following reason people unable to file cases against these people.
" I believe the act which is announced by Honorable Supreme Court of India to safeguard the common people’s right which is now safeguarding this fraud company all around."
i.e., any person can file a case or fight legally against the cheque bouncing issue only at the location of the notified area in the cheque, i.e., the depositor can file a case in the cheque issued area.
This itself a big safewall for this fraud company, because for Vijayawada people they are issuing outstation cheques like Warangal etc.,For Karnataka and other states they are issuing Vijayawada and Guntur area chques. Like wise they are giving non-local cheques though they have accounts at local areas. For this the entire Karnataka State people has to file case at Vijayawada for their bounced cheques’ issues. And these depositors are mostly farmers, the backbone of India, middle class and down the middle class people only. Naturally this fraud company people are influencing the law and order departments in concerned areas.
Kindly advise how to file a PIL in supreme court for giving instructions to involve ED, CBI in this issue, to save common man hard earning money.

An NRI got POA notarized and attested from Indian consulate for buying a property. The POA holder lives in Delhi but the property is in UP.
1) Can the POA holder get the Adjudication done in Delhi because his residential address is in Delhi or it has to be Adjudicated where the property is located.
2) What is the cost for POA Adjudication in Delhi. POA holder is not a relative.

By mistake of patwari of 1992 (jamabandi 1992-93) lien is put on my property of central bank of india.How ever we donot have any loan agreement with central bank of india. Now present patwari 2015 wants NOC of central bank of india to remove the same (jamabandi 2012-13).we go to the bank but bank denies to give the NOC. 1. How can we get information of loan disbursement(yes or no) aganist my property 2. if yes when,to whom,by whom,how much,rate of ineterst etc 3. if NPA,details under rti act 2005.report of rti can be helpful to me file the case or removing lien.
