Hello,
I seek guidance in the following case/ matter:
My father has expired for the past 5 years. HE is survived by mother and 5 sons [including me].He has not put out any will but in his diary he has written that all his assets to be shared equally between all his children/ sons.
I am unemployed, a divorcee, and i have a son who stays with his mother.I am financially the weakest among all brothers. All the brothers are well settled and with two children each. At a time when they are all at their peaks they seek to divide the property as quickly as possible. The mother favors few people due to their position and profession.
AT our father's house I stay along with the mother as well as one of the brother who stays along with his family. Even having savings from the agriculture, it is my elder brother who is maintaining the expenses out of his accord at the home.
In such a scenario, is it possible for me to ask for more share, as I am single and given my weak financial position? DO I have the legal right to ask for more in the property sharing?
The property existing is around - 9 acres of rubber plantation; 1 acre of land; a 6 cent land in the heart of the city and our dad's home of 13 cents.
1.) I would like to know what is legally right for me to proceed and ask for.
CAn anyone give me a sound direction.
2.) Since my brother and me have been staying at our father's house, is it fair and legal that the brother can stake claim to the entire house, even when he has a different house of his own, just because he is taking care of the daily expenses?
I reside in my father's house because of my position and that i do not have any house of my own. Kindly guide.

hi.i m 61 yr old,retired muslim govt official.i hav applied for a passport,in that i hav mentioned as divorced.i gt seperated from my husband 26 yrs back just by mutual understanding n thre s no legal decree fr that..now in passport office they are asking for divorce decree either issued by court or qazi which i don hav.to get a certificate that(my divorced husband) person s not ready to come n sign before qazi.in this case what should i do.please help me..is annexure k given in passport is enough to submit

Hello All,
We have around 3.5 acres of land in Vapi taluka in Valsad district in Gujarat. One family has tried to remove our names from VF 7/12 by filing an RTS appeal mentioning the reason that they are GANOTIYAS. and have mentioned that land belongs to them now as per the GANOT DHARO ACT 543.
We are the actual owners of this land from our ancestors.
Now we have filed a case against them by hiring one lawyer.
Will we ever get our names back to VF 7/12 & will their names will get removed from VF 7/12 ?
Please let me know your suggestion. Thank you.

Dear All,
Please clarify the following
In a cheque bounce case Complainant has appointed a Power Agent to represent the case before magistrate court.Further the power agent represented the case for past 4 years and filed proof affidavit on behalf of the Complainant and subsequently without any knowledge of the Power Agent,the Complainant had filed to remove the power agent and the Complainant had been representing the case thereafter on his behalf.Now the case proceedings has been at the stage of cross examination on the side of defence.
1.Whether the Original Complainant has to crossed or else the Power Agent namely PW-1 who marked documents and examined in chief have to be cross examined on the side of defence.

My previous company taken a wrong action across me i.e redundancy by giving completely illogical and false reason to pressurized resignation.. Sir, I married a girl in may 2014. After 1 month I could know that she had an affair with married person through exchange of messages among them. But with the assurance that she will not be involved in him anymore, I excused her. But later on she started to call him and speaking hours together and more frequently. Now I don't have any evidence of conversation but I have call records. She is (8 months) pregnant also. I want to have divorce from her. So I request u to tell me that is divorce possible and if yes how will b its course. And will I get an opportunity to have DNA test of borne Baby and how.

i have doubt regarding airports authority of india recruitment notification for the post of ATC and junior executive (Electronics). in these notification eligibility criteria is mention as minimum pass percentage of marks is required as 60% but i have in B.Tech pass percentage is 59.63 and post graduation is 67.80. why discriminate candidate performance based on pass percentage marks. for govt. notification give the chance for every one for appearing written test with out restricting any pass percentage marks. how to give complaint against aai notification please tell me.
