after what time of the service of a person, one can't challenge his appointment, seniority & promotion even he is not fulfilling the eligibility criteria at the time of selection and other persons who joined later 10 yrs from the former in service who completely fulfill the eligibility criteria can challenge the appointment/promotion of the former by the later who did his also 10 yrs service?

A Builder handed over a possession of a flat against payment and did not enter in to agreement and on one fine day removes the lock in absence of the person in possession and hands over flat to another person. Kindly suggest remedy and oblige.

Sir/Madam,
We are four brothers and partitioned the family property in 1992 among 4 brothers and mother(father not alive). it was unregistered. Currently, there is a civil case running. One of my brother filed that case for partition claiming that the property was never partitioned. All the members are under possession of property as per earlier partition
So,recently,our mother passed away. She had her portion of the property. since court is running and the property she possessed, is under question. Who can legally possess that property?what is the legal action?

In one cheque bouncing case the accused ran away after getting advocate notice and has not presented in the court a single time. Can the judge give ex party judgement? How should i recover my money as we don't even know about the accused present location and he did not have any property etc in his name

hi,
i am a businessman and having a premises on rent. my landlord has taken two blank cheques signed by me saying for the security purpose. but i don't trust him as he always troubled me so i made the stop payments of those cheques.now i get to know from a friend that he want the premises vacanted from me. can those cheques used against me. can i be held responsible for a criminal offense. have i done anything wrong? please help

We are 4 brothers and one of my brother is an NRI. We partitioned our lands some 10 years back along with our father. My father wants to make a will and wants to bequeath his agriculture land. By this way can my NRI brother acquire agriculture land in India ?
Also my NRI brother wants to exchange some agriculture land with us. Is it possible?
Whether he can sell his agriculture land and invest in non-agriculture land in India?

Builder cheating the joint venture partner
I entered in to an agreement with a builder and also signed an irrevocable power of attorney in 2003 to get all statutary permission to build and sell the portion of property not ermarked for me in the agreement. The building was partly handed over(90%)in 2006-7, but the commercial area that was suppose to be given to me as part of agreement for handing over my prime commercial land, has not been handed over to me even today. The builder has also not completed is work onthe building, sold n resold the same car parking, sold illegal built space as car parking.
I have incured heavy losses on various accounts due to deliberate cheating of the builder. Though there is a crime branch case against him for impersonation and cheating, what is the remedy to claim my losses in terms of rental loss and built up area worth several crs.
