How do we identify court approved forensic handwriting experts. Do they have some certificate given by the court ? Is it necessary to check some documents before engaging them ? Please enlighten me. Thanks.

i got married in 2003 and got a son in 2005 in a city of rajasthan.my marriage ceremony took place in another city of rajasthan.my wife left my home with son in 2007 and put false cases against me like 498,d.v.,125 etc.from her parents city where our marriage was occured.now she is living with her parents and i am fighting her false cases.in 2011 i shifted to gujrat.i want to fight against her strongly and i am in need of any cases which can be put from gujrat.i want to feel her harassment of hearings in other state after a long journey to attend our peshi.any smart and cunning lawyer pls suggest any type of cases which can put in gujrat.

I m leaving in village of gujarat our village had "faliya" (part of village called faliya) connected direct to National highway but one person who had a land both side of road 40year old road he wants to join both land and give us a road from one corner side i want to know he can do so actually & how can i prevent him to do so because all are fearing from that person no one wants to take action against him please do the needful to me

I am about to file mandatory and permanently injunction and want to get bills of hotel through court order as the hotel where wedding took place the owner are known to me and they have given me complete bill details but not handing over bills coz doesn't want to go in legal litigation s as in complaint they have mentioned huge amount which is not paid actually
Shall I complaint in police station to get bills

Dear Experts,
Kindly let me know, which Case takes precedence after another. In suppressed facts of Divorce Petition under 13B wife asks for divorce but not asked for any maintenance. This was the case in Dec-11. No Summon/Notice was ever sent to me. She withdrew the petition in Aug-2012 in session court.
She suppressed the divorce petition fact in her next maintenance petition(125 CRPC) in May -2012 where she asks x monthly amount.
She suppressed the divorce petition fact in her next DV allegation petition in June-2012 where she asks x + y amount.
Now as in last hearing judge noticed 3 different versions and suppression of facts, I need to know
a) Whether judge can dismiss the total suit as found different versions?
b) Whether she will get any maintenance/alimony at all in view that she want divorce where she does not ask anything and at the same time she is alleging about Domestic Violence and want maintenance. How is this maintainable.

Cheated by movers and packers
I got cheated by movers & packers in Pune.
I used kanchan kargo transport service on 13 December 2014 for moving are household stuff to Jabalpur (destination location). They didn't deliver complete consignment and stole many things from the boxes. I tried to contact them many times but they didn't replied so I did complaint against them in jabalpur Police station and also sent a legal notice to them. They didn't reply to our notice and moreover they told us to go and file the case against them as they have signed receipt of delivered items.
So can anyone please guide me what action I should take now?
1) Should I do the court case?
2) What is the possibility of wining the case.
