My father had an agri loan (KCC) for 50000 rs from SBI. This was closed in 2008(was written off under central govt scheme). My father passed away in 2012.
Today (FEB 2 2014) i received a call from my village officer informing me that an order to perform Revenue Recovery for this SBI loan has come up.
I contacted the SBI Keralasserry Manager and she informed me that, in an audit conducted in 2012 a decision was made by SBI to recover the written off amount from 2008 . She tells me she had sent a Registered POst in my Father's address which went back owing to his death. SO she couldn't contact anyone and inititated an RR.
Is this legal? Can this be stopped? 6 years after loan closure (write off) they are initiating an RR.
Can someone please provide advise on this

I m 39, mother of 16 year old boy , got involved with a 29 yr.old guy , through social media . My husband came to know about this , and tried to rehabilite me in our married life again , , as he does it 10yrs before when I was involved with two guys at that time , but he forgave me and accepted me again , and too keep myself busy , I started my beauty parlour , which was very successful . and ... I don't know why I got involved again in this affair , and did not respond to my husband's efforts to rehabilite our married life . ( he took me to the psychiatric also ).. but I was, madly involved with that guy and on his promise to marry me , I left my husband's house , and start leaving with my mother since last 6 months . ( I also sent a notice to my husband asking for divorce but he didn't responded yet . ) . I have started my parlour again with the financial help of that guy ... and ... now he is not ready to marry me .
The fool , I m , now from nowhere , I don't know what to do .. can I sue that guy as he took my physical advantage by promising to get married But .. now refusing by saying that my parents will not accept u ... and also looking forward to get married with some other girl ., but ... wants to continue with me and also will help me financially ..when ever I want .... plz. Guide me ... how law can help me , where I ruined my life by myself ..

I HINDU WAS MARRIED IN 2005.I GOT DIVORSE IN 2014 HAVING TWO DAUGHTERS. NOW MY WIFE HAS MARRIED A MUSLIM.NOW SHE HAS GOT ANOTHER CHILD BIRTH WITH SECOND MARRIAGE. NOW I HAVE FILED G&W FOR WANT OF MY TWO DAUGHTERS.SHE WAS CONCIEVED 2ND HUSBANDS BEFORE DIVORSE. I DONT WANT TO SEND MY CHILDREN TO OTHER CASTE. PLEASE SEND ME SOME CITATIONS OR CITATION NOS.

Sir,
In matrimonial dispute, both the parties have compromised with the term to withdraw all the other connected criminal cases with 498A and after that 498A proceedings will quash in High Court. First motion have already completed. But, one party (male side) will not withdraw his case and also other party (girl side) will not withdraw her cases i.e. Sec-12 DV, 125Crpc.
In this circumstances, what will be the consequences for both the parties?

if there is a case registered under section 294 of the penal code and then the aggrieved party has also been expelled from university on the ground of participating in a protest,if the aggrieved party files two different petitions one for quashing of fir and other against the arbitrary expulsion can these two different nature petitions be combined? also does a petition filed for quashing of fir is always read with article 226 of constitution?

if a woman asks for a divorce will it be granted or not if the husband is not willing to,i am 7 months pregnant know and since the time i have concieved y husband has not bothered to take care of me neither has assisted to any of the hospitals,nor given any medical expenses.my husband thinks that a woman is meant only to fulfill his lust.i am sick of his behaviour and want to give him divorce,i am also being tortured by my inlaws for dowry and other costly gifts please suggest a way to get out of all this.

One of my NRI friends who runs a software company last month a cheating case under IPC 420 was filed by some political back ground people . He was arrested and his bank accts and office has been sealed illegally by the police people.
what is the procedure under CrPc which section that the petition can be made to the magistrate court handling this case and how long it takes . we have also complained to Human rights about this matter .

Dear sir ! a case is running in bhilwara trial court having without VAAD KARRAN or cause of action whatever you say.i tried to quash it by putting 7/11 petition in trial court but it was rejected.i did not appeal in high court thinking that it must be completed in a few days in lower court also but after passing about 1 year there is not seeming any possibility of fast decision.i want to know is there any possibility to quash it still now.jodhpur high court lawyer pls call me if you can do it my mobile no.is-08469436200

Birth name in will
Dear Sir/ Madam,
My great grandfather has written a Will (Self acquired property) on us i.e. on great grandsons. It is agriculture property of 5 acres. Will was written and registered in 1989. My great granfather passed away in 1991. In the will, he has given the right to enjoy to his only son (my grandfather) and to his all his grandsons (my father and his bothers) till his all great grandsons attain majority age. No share of property was mentioned in the Will to any of female members in the family. In the Will, he has mentioned my father’s and his brothers’ names correctly whereas while mentioning my name and couple of my cousin’s name he has given birth name instead actual name. We have different birth name and actual name, my birth name is Ramachandran whereas actual name is Harish Kumar. All my certificates / records carry my name as Harish Kumar, only in the Will it is mentioned as Ramachandran. We are now dividing the property between cousins. Now this name is creating a problem. Kindly anyone give me solution to resolve this.
PS. When the Will was made, I was just 3 yrs Old.
