My wife left for her maternal house with my daughter in april 2013 following some feud and wrangle and i slaped her. From then i had sent her money @rs 6500/- per month till april 2014. i also paid the school fees till november 2014 @ rs 2500/- per month. i tried my best effort to reconcile. i wrote several letters to her to come back. i had been to her house thrice where she has shut the door on my face. i had gone to see my daughter in school thrice and she illtreated me. in november2014 i sent my father along with 4 elder member of my family for reconcilliation thinking about my daughter, but she illtreated them also. Her only point is that i should supply the money and she is not going to stay with me under one roof.she is not even allowing me to see my daughter in out side also. being totally dejected i stopped my daughters scool fees also from november2014. now she has sent me the notice in february 2015 under CRPC 125 asking for a crazy money @40000/- per month. i donot have that income infact. i am quite perplexed what she wants from me . if money is the point the should have released me . she has not sent me any divorce notice. please guide me before i procced to the local lawyer.

My wife has file case under DV ACt in 2007 sec 18 (f,g) and 20. The case is till pending as she is using unfair means to delay it. My cross examination is under process.There is no protection officer report as per sec 12(i). No police complaint No FIR etc. Its complaint case
I have written application to President on Oct 2007 which came for enquiry in 31 Oct 2007 as her relatives attacked me multiple occassions.Theenquiry was ordered by SP offcie to CAW cell. To sasve her realtives she has filed case on 22 Nov 2007 in DV Act and without any enquiry she took summons from court by hand on 13 Dec 2007 and appeared before CAW cell on same date and refused to take part in enquiry.The police stopped he enquiry as matter has been gone to court
Now she has filed appllication asking the court to direct me submit my residential address salary slip last 5 years IT return and all.
Is there any law that I have to submit these documents.I denied giving correspondence address as there is threat to my life though I gave permanent address which is given in court

Dear Experts,
I am unsure of how to remove the trustees as there is no clause included in trust deed. What procedure I need to follow?
Also, can you please let me know how to amend the rights of managing trustee. The procedure for amending is not included and no clause is mentioned in trust deed.

My friend who is going through a divorce wants to close his PPF account of 15 years and transfer that money(from PPF) to the HUF account of his parents where his father is the karta.
He is doing so to avoid any legal complication.
However in the bank where the HUF account is operative his name is not present. Can he do so without getting into trouble with the IT dept.

My father purchased 48 cent land 24 cent in my name and remaining 24 cent in my brother's name. There is one road 18 ft wide to my brother's land. In the document it is mentioned that I have the right for path to access my property from that road through my brother's land. But it is not mentioned how much wide the path should be. My brother is not in good terms with me and does not allow me a wide path to access my plot. If I file a case how much wide a path will be allotted for me according to Indian law?

Give solution of the problem written below:
1. 3 candidates recruited in yr. 1988: eg. verma, khajuria & srivastava as assistant programmer and promoted to B group officer.
2. 8 candidates recruited in yr. dec 1991:eg. bharat, dalmia, sahni, inderjit, khanna, Bhatia, Asish, rampal as Assistant programmer promoted to B group officer except BHATIA.
3. 5 candidates recruited in 1991:eg. KK, Deepak, tiwari, rawat, khurana as Data Processing superintendent (DPS) and promoted to AP.
4. 4 candidates recruited in yr. 1991:eg. akshay, chartley, mazumdar, baljinder as console operator and promoted to AP.
5. 4 candidates recruited in yr. 1992: eg. rajesh, saini, sindh paul, anil Sharma as DPS and promoted to AP.
6. 3 candidates recruited in yr. 1996: eg. Akash, simiran, ashwani as DPS and promoted to AP.
7. 2 candidates recruited in yr. 2000 and appointed in 2003 with computer degree from a recognized institution ie from a university: satish, ashok as DPS and promoted to AP. 3 yrs.late appointment due to the serving candidates in the railway(RCF) opposing the appointment of the candidates who possess the computer degree from a recognized institution.
The eligibility criteria of AP and DPS are the same except in experience till recruitment yr. 2000. After 6th pay commission, AP an DPS post merged as sr. Engr./IT.
Out of 29 candidates, only 2 candidates mentioned at point no. 7 possesses the computer degree from a recognized institution and some as private degree and some as none ie not fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Private degree are not demanded but still appointed.
Now differences started to occur between all candidates that those who don’t possess the computer degree can’t be appointed and promoted. Those candidates who possess the computer degree & recruited later demanded promoted first over the former recruited without computer degree and demanding demotion of the candidate who recruited former without computer degree & got promoted.
Some candidates now achieved the service of 23 yrs or more and some are less than 20 yrs & greater than 12 years and not get any promotion still.
Some candidates inserted forged degree of computer to show that we have appointed with computer degree from a recognized institution so that he might got promotion first.
CAT,chandigarh decision is also very worriedful in OAno 1025/PB/2013. see the judgment in the site of CAT'judgement.
now I decided to file a writ in P & H high court.
