Hi, I was resigned on 15th August,2014 from the post of Assistant Manager Accounts. But the last working day was 2nd Oct,2014. Till the time I have not received the relieving letter from the pvt ltd company. What to do? Pls explain.. Sagar K.

Hi Experts,
We won our case in District Forum ex-parte, although other party appeared on 1 date and 1 lawyer filed memo on one date for OP. But no one came thereafter and the case was allowed in our favor ex-parte.
After waiting for 3 months for the payment, we filed execution under section 27 of Consumer protection act. Bit from last 6 months, judge is adjourning the proceedings of execution on the pretext that the OP has filed appeal in State Commission.
Actually, OP has filed the appeal in state commission after 6 months of final order in district forum. The appeal is not yet admitted. OP has taken the plea in State commission that the final order of district forum was not received by him and someone else used his office stamp and did the signature of receiving. State Commission has marked an enquiry to District forum for the same.
The Hon'ble Judge is adjourning the execution proceedings on the pretext that the appeal has been filed by OP although appeal has not been admitted yet.
Pl. guide what can be done and let me know if there is any citation or judgment from National commission or supreme court that execution proceedings can' t be adjourned unnecessarily unless there is any stay from State commission.

Sir,
I have asked information about one of the property details and public road measurement under RTI Act in August 2014 to 1) Deputy Commissioner, 2) Land Records and Survey dept. 3) Commissioner of Local Municipality
i. Under this Only 2) Land Records and Survey Dept only issued the information about the particular property only not measurement of Site and Public Road.
ii. 1)Deputy Commissioner has ordered to the Commissioner of Municipality to issue the information
But, from today 05.02.2015, The Commissioner of Municipality not even responded the RTI form nor DC letter
My question is that , Is I once again I ask information under RTI OR How to approach to get the information
Please suggest me

Whether a Money Suit can be initiated under the scope of Order 37, CPC for realisation/recovery of arrears of rent based upon just a Rent Agreement?
The tenants fled without paying two months’ rent in October 2014 and the Rent Agreement expired on 31/12/2014. Tenants used to pay cash and Rent Receipts were duly issued.

My wife gave her first complaint of dowry, dv and others in my residential police station. but police did not take any actions against me or my family mebers (2) secondly after 3 months, my wife had filed false dowry and domestic violence complaints against me and my family members in the commissioner office. The case was referred to women cell. Women cell has made a compromise between both of us. according to which, i gave my wife 3 lakh rupees at the time of compromise and agreed to give 2 lakh at the time final statement of MCD as present, past and future alimony.She has also agreed in the compromise that she will not do any legal proceeding in the court or police station after the divorce and if any legal complaint or case is pending then she will be liable to take it back. she will be responsible to file MCD. She is also bound to withdraw all the cases after the MCD(3) After one week of the compromise, i came to know that she has also given a complaint against me and family members in her area police station. but after showing compromise papers and confirming from my wife , the police men did not ask me much and i went home. (4) now after one year of compromise, it is the time for final statement of MCD. some lawyers are saying that the dowry cases, dv etc should be quashed in the high court but some are saying that it is enough that theses cases can be withdrawn in the commissioner office by her and some lawyers are saying that there is no need for anything as it was not the FIR(5) How can i confirm the discharge of me and my family members in these cases. (6) How can these cases be quashed finally. (7) it may be noted that the police has never arrested me or my family members either before the compromise or after. (8) i do not know that some FIR is made against me or not in any police station or not. (9) can these cases be quashed automatically during the final statement agreement terms of MCD and by taking the affidavit regarding this from her in my case.

does a complaint of 498a , dv etc given in the commissioner office and police stations (but not made FIR by police) by wife needs to be quashed before final statement of MCD. if yes then how and from where. Although a compromise has already been made in the women cell regarding this and MCD.

Respected Sir/Madam,
One of my relative had filed 498A case against her husband last year in feb. Now the case is in court and my relative husband is attending the hearings in the court.Last week on mutual understanding in btwn both they decided to stay together but my relative doesn't withdraw the case b'cos she want to watch her husband behaviour for few days and then she will take the decision whether to withdraw the case or not. Two days back my relative husband came to her with 100 rs stamp paper and some receipts belonging to advocates mutually aided co-operative society and he said to her that he deposit some amount as FD in AMACS (hyderabad) on the names of his family members. Now he is asking her to sign on the blank 100 rs stamp paper, so that he can get back that money from AMACS for their personal needs and he also mentioned that if she doesn't sign or without her sign on that paper he will not get that money, so my doubt is that whether he is true or not or he is planning to come out of this case by taking signature of her on that blank stamp paper.
So, I kindly request you to give me a advice to my question.

My brother he is working in one of the leading Chandigarh based company C & F which is at Akola (M.s) has a senior accountant . Due to Fraud done by Manager , company terminates my broher from job and not even giving salary of two months .Also company has accepted that there is no fault of accountant though they are refusing to pay salary. In this case what should we do to get our salary back or to lodge a complain .
