Can I file divorce case on basis of desertion of two year while proceedings on rcr filed by wife is carrying on.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am 27 years old and was married on 22 May 2014,and I am 6 months old pregnant,since the day I was married my inlaws and my husband has been very cruel and cold hearted.Demands for dowry and other materialistic possessions has been growing day by day,since the day doctor has confirmed my pregnancy my husband has not bothered to know how I am doing nor for the growing baby,he is very irresponsible.Know my inlaws and my husband do not want me to work,right now I am in my mothers home,even though I am not there they are torturing me by witholding my certificates books and clothes.Even though my family approached my them asking them to give me my clothes and certificates they have refused and have sent me a fake lawyer notice threatening me to come back.I do not want to go back to them,but I need my personal belongings and certificates as soon as possible.So my question is can my lawyer send them a notice to hand over the above things to me,as soon as possible,will they respond to the lawyer notice,if not should i lodge a FIR against my husband and his family members.Does the court have any such power? Please Suggest a way to get all my things back.

A false case u/s 420, 406 r/w 3/4 DP Act alleging demanding more dowry has been filed by Adv father though the marriage was fixed by A brother in law of compliant stating his adopted daughter and he is principal witness of prosecution and has denied all allegations of complainant in affidavit submitted along with our failed attempt of discharge without any ground.Now the case has been transfered to some other court. Under which saection of CRPC I, may file objections

I am Manzoor Ahmad 35 year age from Kashmir.I have one brother 30 year of age.My father aws by profession a Govt. Teacher.He retired in the year 2007 and is still alive.My father divorced my mother way back in 1983 and after that he married again .From the second wife he has one son.After the divorce we both the sons remain with our mother.She did not marry. She is a house wife.I am a post graduate and my brother is graduate.Initially my father was paying a sum of Rs 100-125 as a maintenance. from the year 1984-1988 and then after that he stops paying.Then after the death of grandfather in the year 1992 , my father starts paying 800-900 Rs per moth untill 1997.Then after that I asked him to give us equal share from the salary for studies,food,clothes and for other daily needs and I also asks him to give us share from the house so that we can live.which he was getting.But he refused and stops also paying those 850 Rs.
After that I tried may times to settle the dispute with my father through Masjid committee President,Mohalla President and through other relatives.But still he reused to accept the reality.
Now I am thinking of taking this whole matter in the court.You are kindly requested to give me proper advice regarding this matter and tell me that under which provisions of law of land and Muslim Maintenance law can I file suit against him.As an expert what will be the decision at the end and will court provide us maintenance and share from property which he has..Hope that you will answer and Justice will be done.

Hello Experts,
The next hearing date for my child custody battle is 23rd Feb 2015. My wife is to file a counter for my initial petition on this date. My advocate and I are not available on this date. So, if I file an early hearing request and the honourable judge accepts it but the other Party doesn't turn up, will the hearing date on 23rd Feb 2015 be still active or would I receive a new date?

FIL prapres the fake dowry list at the time of filing FIR..oppose Anticpatory bail as wellas Regular Bail application and now place it on court records ...IO recieved nothing from us and completed the investigation
No still admantly asking for alleged articles which he nver gave to us..Now please let me know whether the prosvison of 383(Extortion) can be applicable against him..as he has been thretening to transfer the alleged articles??

Dear Experts,
I lodged a criminal complaint u/s 306/511/34 on 08.07.2010 aginst Director, Principal and Vice Principal of the school where I was working as teacher. The police sent cancellation report to the court. Subsequently I filed protest petition.The court summoned the accused and trial started. Then the school management terminated my services w.e.f 09.05.2012. I challenged termination order. The court on 14.09.2014 quashed termination order and directed school to reinstate me along with payment of back wages with 8% interest with continuity in service.The school moved to HC .HC directed the school to reinstate me till the matter is finally decided. Accordingly the school reinstated me on 31.12.2014. I had filed execution petition prior to it. Now the school management has asked me if I withdraw criminal and civil cases , the school management will also pay back wages. My questions are as under:-
1. If I withdraw criminal case, what statement I should make before the court? Can I may be prosecuted u/s 182 IPC in case I withdraw criminal case aginst accused ? Can accused prosecute me at later stage after withdrawal of criminal case against them ? What precautions I should keep while withdrawing criminal case against accused ?
2.I have filed execution petition also. If the school mangement make statement before court that they will pay me back wages within month and later on if they do not make payment, in such situation, can I move again to the court to get my back wages ?
Kindly advise me what should I do ?

This case is me vs. XYZ finance ltd. I had took loan from the above mention company. and returned them within time limit and NOC is issued to me. but in one fine day when I checked my bank statement I was shocked by seeing that the above mention company has withdraw the loan amount 2,225/- instead of issuing NOC to me and this was continuously done by them upto 5 months. I went to PS to file FIR but it is of no use hence I filed private complaint but company officials denied to take summons as they said that the said manager who did this has left the job therefore we are unable to take the summons. My case is in the stage of AWAITING SUMMONS. and its become headache for me as the case is on the same stage since 5 years. What to do kindly suggest.

Father name change in ssc, diploma, b.tech certificates
Hello Sir,
My father name was wrongly updated in SSC memo. Actually the situation was, my uncle wanted to adopt me, so he asked me to update the father name as his name. Now he don't have the interest to adopt. So i want to change my father name. will it possible.
If yes please guide me the way.
