Are the employees of a company who are of executive level, covered under labour law? Can they file complaint under prevention of unfair labour practice act?
If not then what are the remedies for them?
In the present case some employees were asked to resign. Full and final settlement was done. But variables and bonus are not given. 3 of them jointly wants to take legal action against the company.
Kindly advise.

Hello,
By birth I was born Muslim, my mother divorced and re-married a hindu (Gupta) 8 years after her marriage/ My birth name was Mohammad Faiz and later changed into Ankit Gupta, we follow both religions. However, At the age of 22 I was married to a muslim girl and followed muslim law in 2005 (nNikah). I am not happy with her and dont love her. I want to divorce her and re-marry as per hindu law to another girl.
I have mentioned "talaq" three times on a mobile text to my wife. I have following queries, please guide me for a valid procedure going forward -
Do I need a talaqnama for valid talaq from my wife (I am sunni muslim)?
For Hindu court marriage is it mandatory to have a talaqnama?
Do I need to provide a valid reason for my divorce?
Do I need to wait for second marriage after talaq or I can do it anytime after divorce?
Thank you in advance for helping me on this matter.

Hello,
Can a father (age 85+) transfer his part of the property to his brother without discussing with his children?
The property is ancestoral property but mutully settled 40 years back and now it is in my father's name. But we feel he has now given a part of the property to his brother who has never contributed anything to the family or property. In case if the property is transferd without even discussing with us, can we do something from our end. We feel my father's brother has threatened my father and has got the property in his name.
Need guidance to proceed further please.

Hi,
We have a flat in a co-operative Society of our Brother who died Inestate as a Bachelor. We have now taken the NOC of the legal Heirs as per Hindu Succession Act 1956.
However one legal heir whose share is about 4% in the entire flat is not willing to cooperate and sign despite we giving the share. We need to understand that is there any way where we can go ahead and put a claim on the flat without the said legal heir.
Kindly advice.
Thanks.
P. Gangwani.
Sir,
An youth Sultan Khan was promised by one person for arranging a job for him in abroad and charged Rs 1.75 lakh in hand cash. After waiting of almost three years while the victim lost his both legs in an accident asked to return the money back. The accused refused to give money back. The victim lodged the complain against him on 12 January 2015. After seeing that no action is being taken by the local police, the victim decided to go higher authority for justice but Police forced for a compromise and not to go to the higher authorities and and delayed to take any action against the accused.said victim Riyaz Hussain now has been immigrated to Malaysia this week without giving the money back or any promised of giving money in future. It has been noticed that he has some political power which made police not to take any action against him and let him immigrated to Malaysia with the help of local police.
Now my query is that what the action could be taken against the accused and local police?
Is there any chance to take the accused back in India?

Buying and selling house
Dear Experts,
I have bought a house in 2006, selling it now Long term capital gain is 60L
I booked a apartment in Oct 2012,cost 110L which builder has promised to give by Oct 2016. I have paid 50L till date. balance 60L to be paid as per construction linked plan. Can I invest 60L capital gain here.
Bit doubt on section 54. It says you can buy before one year, or 2 year after sale of existing, or within 3 years you need to construct.
Since I booked in Oct 2012, but construction will finish in Oct 2016 only. can I take adjust LTCG of current house
regards
Chandra
