I am from bangalore
Person A have sold property to Developer by paying stamp duty and sub registrar fees in SRO
After dc conversion Developer has made 33 sites and sold it to his 32 customers. One of them is me who has purchased site by paying stamp duty in SRO
Khata is in my name
I am paying the Property tax from the begining till date
After paying the betterment charges i have A suvarna khata in my name
After 14 years now one of A`s daughter filed a case on our sites on that particular Survey Number which consist of 33 sites
Can she win a case ?
How to recover my site ?
What should we do ?

Dear Sir,
I have recently applied passport from Hyderabad pass port office. I did a mistake by giving the present and permanent address same although I am living Hyderabad as one of my friends told me to as so. Now when the Police verification officer who came for inspection has instructed me to give the Hyderabad address when the show cause notice comes by post. I have the status of show cause notice as "Pending Dispatch from P.O" since last two months but I did't receive till to date.
Please kindly suggest me what to do now and also give your valuable directions for the next coming procedure for getting pass port cleared.

I took 2 loans from HDFC.one is 300000for 36 months,EMI dateis 7th of every month,6 EMI paid,2nd one 84000 for 36 months.,EMI date 4th of every month.,paid 3months EMI.
In January 2015 months 2 EMI`s are bounced.Within 10 days I got call from customer care.They harassed a lot.I told them I will before next EMI`s date(Feb month).She was not accepted harassed a lot,she told 28th last date,I told her I will try for that date.My salary not credited,suddenly lost job& they told feb 20th they will credit my salary.I told to HDFC bank FEB 4th actual date.I missed that date.daily they are calling harassing.,Finally decided to keep my mobile and laptop some where for amount.Jan 4th and 7th 2 EMI`s are bounced,Amount was10696+2999+penalty.Again Feb 4th bounced again 2999+penalty.total amount = 10696+2999+2999+penalty.But they harassed lot for next EMI amount 10696 also on 6th FEB,Next emi date was feb 7th.I planned to pay except 10696 emi total amount arranged remaining amount to pay 7th feb at 1pm.remaining amount planned on 20th(My salary will get credit). But they harassed on 6th feb for total 4 EMI`s.They told to me ashamed ,not genuine customer,wat kind of person you are?,defaulter and she was calling so many time to my parents(He was not signed on agreement and he dont know hindi and English and they were speaking English and Hindi only)...Bcz of this harassment Iforgot to pay amount frustrated and ego hurted.I told her I have 20000 and waiting for remaining amount like that.I told her 7th date,I miised that date because shwants total amount,4 days back they we aresending persons to your home you should pay to them like that.My parents don`t know about the loan,I was in hyderabad(Actually I took loan in MUMBAI(My native Nellore)) on that time,I missed 4 interviews I came to home,On 10th unknown people came to my home,My mother thought HDFC person`s and she was scared and got little bit heart stroke and she slept.After 2hours I came to home and asked her what happened?. She was scaring fully.My question is I will repay total loan within 1month,What about this harassment and I wan file a case on them.Is this possible? My ego hurts fully,main problem parents harassment and Ididn`t crossed that much time limit and upto now I paid regularly..I want to do something on them.11th or 12th I willpay toal EMI`sbut I need justice.

I am 70 years old and residing in Chennai. I had an old flat originally purchased by me from Housing Board in 1980.
Recently the owners of our flat decided to go in for a joint development of our property with a contractor. Each flat owner has now received a lumpsum as goodwill money from the contractor, in addition to a new flat at the same premises where the old property stood.
Please let me know whether this goodwill money is taxable in any way. If so, how the tax would be assessed and how to avoid or minimise the same?

COULD SOMEONE KINDLY INFORM ME WHETHER AN APPEAL UNDER WHICH SECTION OR A WRIT PETITION IS TO BE FILED BEFORE THE HIGH COURT IN CASE OF DISMISSAL OF REVISION U/S 397 OF THE Cr.Pc BEFORE THE SESSIONS JUDGE. THE APPLICATION U/S 190 R/W 200 OF THE CRPC WAS REJECTED BY THE JMFC AND THEREFORE REVISION U/S 397 OF CRPC WAS PREFERRED.

Hi I'm renting a shop in Karol bagh which was taken on goodwill in 1980s.
I had good relations with the owner, but he died a few years ago leaving only his adopted son. The son was not giving me rent receipts as he said the property is not transferred to his name yet. Later after few years he said the now he has the property on his name but refused to give me the slips and asked to vacate.
My questions:
Can he inherit the property being adopted son if there is no one else in family,.or is a will compulsory ?
Can I challenge him and take him to court?

I owned NA residencial plot, at pandharpur city maharashtra. NA order issued in 2004. In this order there is a clause ---
" The applicant shall commence the non-agricultural use applied for within one year from the date of the order made by the Collector in that behalf; failing which, unless the said period is extended by the Collector from time to time, the permission granted shall be deemed to have lapsed; "
I want to know that this clause still in act ?(after several MLRC amandments )
If yes then , how could i extend permission?
If no , can i have GR copy or related documentation

Filing a complaint against architect with council of architecture - new delhi
Respected Sir,
I am a Landlord of a property in Mumbai. I have filed an eviction suit against my tenant. The status of the suit is my cross is over, my witness who is an architect and who had inspected the suit premises with the order from High court is over. The problem is that the report subbmitted by the architect in the court and the cross examination replies given by him are totally contradictory.iIt seems the Tenant has managed my witness and this may put adverse effect on my suit. I want to file a complaint against this architect with the council of Architecture New Delhi.
I have all the documents ready, the complaint letter draft is ready. I want to know that at the time of filing the complaint it should be on ledger paper or stamp paper or non judicial stamp is required.Also do I have to pay any fees for the same.
