HELLO RESPECTED SIR,
I AM HERE TO DISCUSS ON A SERIOUS ISSUE... I NEED SOME HELP FROM YOU ALL.. MY FATHER HAVE INVESTED 100000/- IN A DEPOSIT SCHEME OF ROSE VALLEY ( A BUSINESS ORGANISATION AND CHIT FUND COMPANY LIKE SAHARA) 4.5 YRS BACK.. AS PER THE SCHEME HE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 140000/- AFTER 3.2 YRS.
NOW ITS 4.5 YRS , TILL NOW NOT GOT MONEY BACK.. THEY ARE SAYING THAT MONEY IS ON HOLD AND WITHIN FEW MONTHS THEY WILL RETURN BACK THE MONEY AFTER FEW MONTHS.. NOW WE NEED THE MONEY.. ITS URGENT.. I AM READY TO GO FOR ANY STEPS LEGALLY TO GET BACK THE MONEY..
PLEASE HELP ME.. I WANT TO KNOW ALL THE LEAGAL STEPS THAT I SHOULD FOLLOW TO GET BACK THE AMOUNT.. PLEASE TELL ME THE PROCEDURE.. I WANT TO INFORM SEBI, POLICE, AND ANYOTHER DEPTARMENT WHERE I SHOULD GO FOR HELP..
TELL ME ANY MAIL ID OR PROCEDURE TO CONTACT THEM OR ANYONE ELSE..I WILL BE AT A VERY BIG PROBLEM IF I DONT GET MONEY BACK..

I am a working women got married 4 yrs back to a psycho husband and having a 3yr old kid. From the very first day of marriage we had issues with each other and between families. I have gone thru a
lot by this man.I had compromised a lot just for the kid. We bought an apartment which was registered in joint. He had crossed all the limits and started physical, mental and financial harassment on me. By which i called up the cops and they just warned him. Later i asked him for divorce as i couldn't take it anymore. My gold was kept in his locker. and he immediately kept my gold in bank and said used the money for house registration. I am the one paying the house EMI from day one.He went to Vanitha Sahayavani in Commissioner office and complained there on me saying i am asking for divorce which happened on OCT'13. During counseling he was asked to get back my gold after which i had paid him 1.5L which he said he had spent. He asked for more for which he has taken my mangalsutra and gold bangles of mine to register the apartment in my name.He left the house during this process so that i can't put any domestic violence case on him but spreaded about me very badly in apartment, kid daycare and my office. Till date he dint pay a single penny for me or my son. And the counseling dint work and she couldn't convince him to register the property and i told her to close the case. He had already put me in 5L debt when he was in my life and to settle him i borrowed 1.5L more. Now he is giving me advise to file the divorce petition keeping property as the reason. However not agreeing for mutual. My question is - when i am the one who is paying the EMI's why the property will not come to me??? When he is not ready to take care of kid maintenance why i have to send my kid to him every weekend??? All i need is divorce from him and custody of my kid(with no visiting to him) and property registration in my name. I am not looking for a single penny
from such a cheap bastard. I have calculated all the expenses he made using my credit card which was around 12L(including dowry). And he says that as i am the one asking for divorce i have to just agree to all his demands Is that wat law say??? He is playing his cheap games by keeping the property which i want it in my name at any cost. Being in so many loans i kept paying the house EMI and
paid 8L till now. Please advise me.If i demand him anything then he is threatening me that he will take away my kid. I am going through mental torture with these tensions.

A few days ago, I saw an advertisement pasted on a wall that mentioned a contact number for personal loan. I thought it was a broker's number. I contacted the person and asked for a personal loan of Rs. 65000 because I really needed it, then. He told that I'd have to pay an EMI of Rs. 2200 for 36 months. I agreed. He asked me to deposit Rs. 3000 as the processing fee. I did that. After that he told that Rs. 70000 has been sanctioned do I need to pay something more against that. I have paid an amt of Rs. 8000 in all, but got no loan in return. I have the phone number and the name of the person and his account number as well. Can you please guide me as to what I should do to handle this??

sir,
i have applied for the post of Stenographer against the office order
of the office of Conservator of Forests (HQ), vide no. (F.20(E)/13)
dt. 12-8-2013 for the post of Stenographer (OG) 4 no. (General -2 &
OBC– 2) in the Dept. of Environment of Forest, A & N Islands,
accordingly a written examination was held by Forest Dept. on
01-06-2014.
That as per written examination for the Posts of Stenographer
conducted by Dept. of Forests, A & N Islands, and Twelve (12)
candidates was qualified/selected for trade examination (typing &
shorthand), accordingly the written examination qualified candidate
called for trade examination on 20-09-2014
That as per press release on Daily Telegram dt. 22-01-2015 out of
Twelve Candidates only four candidates was called for interview on
11-02-2015 whereas the existing vacancy is also 4 nos, and there is no
cut off marks prescribed for written test, under such circumstances
the waiting panel for the said existing panel is not possible.
that i had given a written objection to the Principle chief
conservator of Forests of Forest Dept. stating that the recruitment
process for the post of Stenographer which have been adapted by the
dept. was totally illogical & also requested that the Interview for
vacancies for post of Stenographer may conducted after calling all the
eligible candidates who passed in the written exam, so that reserve
waiting panel should be made, as appropriate action may be taken in
the matter at the earliest please.
But unfortunately my prayer was not consider by PCCF of Forest Dept.
and the interview was carried out on 11-2-2015.
in this regard i would like to say that kindly help me how to cancel the interview conducted by forest dept. legally and how to call all eligible candidates who passed in written examination of stenographer to interview.

my wife grandmother has property on her name given by her husband and husband died longback now she wants to transfer ownership from her name to on my wife name but ligation now creating by grandmother daughter saying wants to have that property
in that scenario what action should be taken to transfer ownership on to my wife name
What are all procedure there to do so ?
Which further if any case is made on the same property that appeal shall be as deem rejected by indian Law or by judiciary system need authentic possible way
Kindly suggest me on this case

Hi there,
Can some one please give suggestion to me on the below Query :
We have taken a loan from one of bank , and re paid the due to bank after some time, now the bank has agreed to release the mortgage cancellation through my home town registration office, during this process the boundaries of the Property has been mispelled as ' Bhagya instead of Padma ' i.e Property - East side - Padma has to written, but in Document it is mispelled as Bhagya .. and the mortagae cancellation registration has been successfully done.
Is there any problem with this boundaries information, i.e all other boundaries are fine except this mispelling and in all other Docuemnts it is correctly displayed as Padma , only Bank released mortgage document has this error .
Can some one kindly confirm me if there any issue in near future if i would like to sale the property ? The Document writer has already charged so much amount from me and i am unable to bare this now .. Please help me out.

Junior getting more pay
I was appointed as B T asst in 1992 in tamil nadu aided school .I was promoted as p g asst in 2004. I got 2 incentive at time of initial appointment,.My junior was appointed as B T asst one year later that is 1993, he has been working in same cadre and got incentive recently , now my salary is very much less than my junior. please give your advise
