Dear Sir,
Please draw some lights on following case.
Case :- I am owner of a Flat in a building consisting of 10 Flats including mine.I started residing in Flat after 10 months from purchase (It remained vacant for those 10 months). One secretary of building asked me to pay Rs.8000 for last 10 months as maintenance charges (i.e. Rs.800 per month).
I refused to pay saying I did not use facilities for which monthly maintenance is paid. I am ready to pay for maintenance since residing.This is not registered society.
Issues :- Can they compel me legally to pay Rs.8000 ?

recently i am on 04.10.2014 after she an affair with other one i come now this so now asking me khula she has telling that i am not person of man(6)and mental so was case can be file against her if simply she will ask khula i will give it but unnecessary she is beaming in wrong words which very hurt to me i have SMS details which she has sent to her friend

As i was working with a stablishment in saudi arabia since 2004 to 2010
my employer registered my name to the goverment authority as absconding. while the same time i was working with the same establishment
when i came to know i have filed a case in the court with supporting document which shows thaty i was working in the same establishment, but the court didnt favour me, and the authority deported me
can i file a case through human rights commission to the saudi embassy in india

I was cheated by my lawyer where he made me sign that I'm paying a rent of more that 3500RS to my landlord in court. Though I have never paid that to landlord.
However the rent is 800 Rs which i have been deposting and is being accepted in the count till date.
Now my landlond is filing an eviction case.
1. Can I apply for review petion?
2. Do I need to file a case against my lawer also
3. Is there any other way I can approch and get back into the rent control act.

An attempt of withdrawal made at United bank of India ATM which was unsuccessful & for the same I have receipt and I am the customer of Axis Bank I made several complain to axis bank but after 40 days also i did not get suitable reply.
Ques: Can I sue a case to consumer forum online and against which bank? Please guide me adequately.

I have agreement with a party for use of road approaches towards our houses. On the basis of said agreement our Gram Panchayat carved the road firstly through land of other party and after that through my land. The other party is the co-owner of land with his brothers. Now Due to some other dispute, the other party who signed the agreement,tried to close road for me, which was later opened by me with help of Police and Gram Panchayat on the behalf of agreement. Now the other party with the help of his brother who has not signed the agreement trying to close the road only for me by putting gate.
1. Is there any legal way to come out from the situation.
2. Is the person who signed the agreement and is co-owner of land on which road is carved can be bound to give the whole land used for road from his share.
3.Is the brother of other party have right to close the road which was carved by Gram Panchayat 3 years earlier.
Please help me.

My case for judicial separation is in process in the district court. my wife doesnot allow me to meet my daughter from last 6 months due to conflicts between us. what i have to do so that i can get permission to meet my daughter

My mother has another two sisters and three brothers who are not entered as farmers and legal heirs of my Nanaji.My Nanaji was alloted land under "Ganot Dhara"and he is living today.He has been selling all the land one by one and giving all the revenue to his eldest son.Some land has been sold out and some are yet pending.My mother,her one sister,and one brother trying to enter their name in 7/12 to stop these things but registrar office employees says that enter a claim into court for that.A claim also entered into the civil court,but nobody come to court to give answer evenif the summon of the court.All their effort to sell the land is continue and my mother can be away from her constitutional right of becoming farmer and i too,because another side my father and their elders have not any piece of land.All our efforts go in vain.what steps we have to take to stop these thing to happen ?
