Hi! I worked 18 months in esi corporation, I resigned my service Nov - 2012, till I didn't get some of arrear, leave encashment for balance leave, bonus for that period, gsli etc, I have given letter more than 4 times and filed RTI abt status of letter, no reply... What shall I do? Shall I file CAT? Am I get any interest for delay for my arrear?

sir my father died without writing a will. we are 2 brothers,one sister and my widow mother in total 4 members as heirs.. we three of us made a relinquishment deed in favour of my mother. now my question is what will happen after death of my mother to the property as our advocate has told that after your mother death it will again come to all three of u. sir plz clarify.

My fried (A) had taken home loan of Rs 9.50 Lac from OBC bank. The plot is on the name of my friend(A) and his brother(B). Loan is on the name of A, but guarantor is B. tenure of loan is 20 year and 3 years are passed away. Now A is not able to pay the loan. He want to ask the bank that i am not able to pay the rest loan instalment. Is there any liability on guarantor (B) or bank will take possession under SARFAESI Act 2002. How much time to take the bank for this cause. If property is of Rs 40 Lac, then what will the bank do ?

My wife is a S C converted to christianity bought 1 acre of land granted under darkas from a S C Hindu, the transaction took place in 2003, 6 years after the grant was made.Now 18 years passed, a third person is claiming that transaction is null and void,he is challenging in the civil court, does it attracts PTCL act 1978. Please clarify.thanking you.

my brother,s unemployed living separately from his wife and his divorce case is going on ,currently by judges decision he had to pay 6000 rs per month for maintenance plus 1 lac additional but problem is my brother right now had no proper job,for him this money is very difficult,my sister in law is MA an had son 9 years she lives in our house uses all facilities and don't pay electricity or water bills.last month my mother had stroke n she was hospitalized because of bills my brother was not able to give money and today he received warrant from court. we are unable to pay money what should we do get out of problem n my brother get divorce easy divorce please help us

I need to know if a inam land grantee sold his land before 1978, is that land not come under PTCL Act Here what happend know in 2013 in Tumkur Ac Court one order passed in my grand father inam land case they said in that this case is similar to Basheer Ahmed vs Karnataka Govt & in that opposition party said my father saled him this land in 1966 i dont know whether it is true or not..

We are having trust hospital. We have given it on third party to run on O&M basis. Party gives is 3% profit sharing yearly basis. In this case amount to be deposited in IPF account for treatment of Indigent & weaker section under BPT act 1950 Clause 41AA shall be Gross receipt of third party OR 3% profit which trust is getting as a gross receipt from Third party. Please clarify this.

I HAD HOSPITALISED(CASHLESS) DUE TO CHEST PAIN , AND DURING PROCESS DIGONISED BP ALSO, DURING INVESTIGATION (ECG, ECO, XRAY, CARDIAC ENGIOGRAPHY(CAG), FIND NOTHING , AND WHEN I CLAIM AT THE TIME OF DISCHARGE , STAT HEALTH REJECT MY CLAIM STATING REASON " patient admitted only for evolution only" hence claim rejected.WHAT RIGHT I HAVE LEFT , PLEASE SUGGEST ME .

One of my relative was guarantor for loan from nationalised Bank.But borrower become defaulter within one year period.However guarantor died before bank files recover suit within three years period of loan disbursement.Now bank made a party to guarantors legal heir.But guarantor has not spared any such asset in his name.Whether his wife is liable to pay debt.Kindly suggest .
