I have completed my graduation by b.com with 1st division & I want to become an advocate. So pls tell me the complete procedure to become an advocate, is any training completion under the lawyer is mandatory for becoming an advocate(If yes, how much period).

An OBC girl from Uttar Pradesh marry a general hindu boy from Jharkhand. She is preparing for SSC exams and have a valid caste certificate to enjoy the reservation benefits with her father's name in the guardian's column. she wants to change the guardian name to her husband after being married and still want to use the OBC benefits in future for reservation benefits in various governmental jobs. how can that be done? I mean she will have to apply in Jharkhand or UP for the caste certificate? please explain.the marriage was solemnized in Uttar Pradesh but the husband's permanent address is of Jharkhand.

Dear Experts,
Please inform which side to place the following items, asset or Liability, while preparing balance sheet for income tax purposes:
1. Advance Tax paid during the last financial year,
2. TDS deducted by Bank from FD interest already credited to SB account,
3. TDS deducted from accrued interest but not yet credited to SB account,
4. Income Tax Refund for the last AY received along with interest, and
5. Car Road Tax paid in advance for Five years.

sir,
my divorce case was dismiss by trial court,after that i filled appeal in high court. by intervention of court both parties reach a compromise. i paid permanent alimony within court room. after that honable high court set aside trial court judgement and change original appeal u/s 13 to u/s 13b and remand back the case to trial court for further proceedings. now my question is if respondent wife go away from compromise than can i go to high court again to re institute my appeal?

Hello Experts,
My father had purchased a 200 Sq.yds property on my mothers name way back in 1989 in outskirts of Hyderabad, now the area is much developed. While it so, when we have planned to construct a house there in 2015, 2 peoples have come to object as both of them claim that the property belongs to them and they say that they have purchased in the year 2013 through a GPA holder, and as the property went into dispute we have approached the police and booked a case and on investigation it has come out that there are four Accused who forged our document and out of the four, one of the Accused has also made a forged GPA agreement forging my mothers signature as well and sold the property to third persons, and at the time of Sale we have come to know that the GPA person has brought some fictitious lady before the registrar.
Now my question is whether to take an injunction on the property or should i file a suit for declaration of Title U/s 34 of Specific Relief Act as since 1989 we were in the possession of the property and the same was sold without our information.
Plz suggest me

hello Experts,
I am A5 under 304b, and currently in my company if my name is nominated for Onsite opportunity. How can I get out of this case coz it ll impact my visa procedure.
Current status of the case is: It didn't come to court and trail not yet started. We got only the number. On the whole this is a false case. Please suggest some way.

If i am right then any channel shows half or partial nudity on television in india then

Dv act and my cross
Respected Sir/Madam,
In DV case, my Cross is going to start in next week . Other party evidence is closed. I had to resign from my job as other party had approached to my employer for salary details. Recently I managed to get better Job. Can I deny to tell new job company and salary in my cross ? Or any advise what should I tell ?? Thanks in advance.
