Hello All respected sir,
Iam fighting 125. I am a husband. During my cross opposite party lawyer asked my salary, i told him 27k. Then he asked me to produce salary slip. I told judge if honorable court will say then i can produce. Judge said it is your choice whether to produce or not. Then he asked that your salary is 40 to 50k, so that you are not producing salary slip. After finishing of cross judge had verbally told to submit the salary slip.
Before this opposite party lawyer tried to prove my salary, during their evidence. But he was failed.
My questions are as below.
1. Is it necessary to produce salary slip?
2. What if i don't produce salary slip?
3. If i don't produce salary slip judge may assume my salary 40 to 50k?
Thanks in advance.

(ii) If the same can only be transferred in my mother's name, then please advise whether she can make a One time WILL in my name for the said property ?
(iii) Is there any provision that "Will" have to be made in one time or it is to be renewed again and again.
(iv) What will be procedure for relinquishing the right over property; whether all of us brother and sisters and mother have to appear before court or some forms
Kindly advise the above and your independent view which are not covered over by me on the above for transfer of property related querry.
It is also noteworthy that my father was govt. servant and after his missing, and after submission of Missing Report with Delhi Police and certificate of non tracable, my father's parent office has started family pension in my mother's name.
