Me and my x bf is dicided for court marrege and we applied for court marrege in one year ago bt after registration we don't get marrege .i want to know that is the application is automtcly canceld and can I apply for another marrege????

As member of a political party, how can I demand that expense accounts be provided as being refused as still under process by CA etc.
I suspect misappropriation as misuse for spends for personal reasons by a few.
Can I approach courts to order party to take action, to show accounts within a specified period?
What sort of evidence is needed? Can written emails of refusal, party statements issued suffice?
Can I approach EC for this? Any precedents?
Can I approach Income Tax as party has to file expenses and therefore cannot claim its under process forever?

My grandfather have 18 Marla( 4896 square feet) land in documents but practically in possession the land is only 12 marla (3264 squ feet) grandfather have two son( my father and my uncle).according to documents my grandfather gave 12 marlas(3264 sq feet) to my father that is his own part+ my fathers part. My uncle want to claim 6 mrlas (1632 sq feet) as third part. But as practicaly whole land is 12 mrlas , then his share should be only 4 marlas,my father+grandfather should have 8 marlas. Am i right or wrong.? Plz guide

The complaint had been given on 28 may 2015.what is the time it to be dismissed. ?? We met in policestation and compromised and signed the compromised papers. their witness signed But they (the person who complaint) didn't put their signature there. Now what is the status?? ?plz guide.

I have a property in Mumbai which I have leased it to a Nationalized Bank who had given it to their staff for living.
The property is now in a dilapidated condition and 12 out of 13 flats have vacated for the repairs of the property; however, 1 person along with his family has refused to vacate though he has been terminated from the services 2-3 years back as he siphoned money of one of the Bank's customers.
The Bank has completed all the formalities to evict him as the bank comes under Public Premises Act, 1971 and no Suit in any Court would be maintainable as the Estate Manager of the Bank's Orders are termed to be final but still that person refuses to vacate. The Bank also approached the Police where the Police also refused to register any FIR or complaint against that person saying its a Civil Case.
Whats can I and the Bank jointly do? Someone suggested to file a criminal complaint u/s. 190 (1) (A) or 156 (3) of Criminal Procedure Code in the Dist. Court or approach the High Court?
Please help to suggest.

We got notice from Profession tax department Assessment notice, which they had allotted us duplicate no 2737511543p which was already submitted cancel request for PTRC no. how to reply to PTRC department

I was working with Noida base ad agency. I joined this company on Feb 2015. In June 2015 they shut down the company without any notice,now they are not giving the salary of may month. The company owner have blocked my number.please suggestme What should I do?
