Dear Experts,
Need your guidance to select good advocate for our case under section 399&402 in Faridabad.
We are associated with an advocate but not really satisfied. We got bail after one month of filing bail application with 3 arguments that to after other accused got bail. We had to go through under multiple dates but other accused advocate made them released on first date. We were the first to file bail application but got it at the end.
Is it like advocate face value matters a lot?
Should I explore other options? Should It be good if I get associated with outside advocate or local advocate should be preferable?
Seeking your guidance and expert comments.

Sir, i am working in psu bank as a clerk is a ST of assam Deori tribe and presently posted in arunachal pradesh. When my arear came, income tax was deducted from me. When i enquired whether i have to pay income tax in scheduled area from the hr dept. they said tat only the ST hill people are exempted from income tax here. Plz guide me.

Hi , worked in uae for 5 month and I have discontinued because my sponsor told me iam a waiter but I have experienced more than a waiter . I done general cleaning , home delivery , purchase receiving etc also they told me they gone give a hike in salary after 2 month .. Nothing was done . (past).
So my sponsor was an indian he came and collect my passport for visa cancellation during his visit in India . on the time if hand over he told that he has a good contact with higher officals like commissioner etc . he threatened me and took passport from me assuring that he going return after a couple of weeks so I believed and given my passport . after a month I called him for passport. He told me that he need 75000Rs to reimburse the passport . what should I do his next visit is on next month. Please help ,....give a solution urgent

Delay in process
Dear Sirs,
court ordered for inquiry U/s 156 (3), police have investigated the matter alleged under 34, 406,419 & 420. Report been submitted to court with clearly mentioning none of the allegation found any base and matter is civil suit, no criminality found and also been mentioned as breach of contract is by complainant.
It was submitted to court in 2014, but not a single time the court has taken the report for review.
Now the problem is those who have been alleged are employees of company, they are facing problems as they have been named in complaint to get visa etc.
Every month case status been shown by court as "Report".
Is there any remedy to get justice to innocents are being harassed? or fasten the court procedure?
Please advise.
