MY YOUNGER BROTHER MISSING AND WE HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINT WITH LOCAL POLICE. BUT POLICE IS NOT HELPFUL TO TRACE HIM OUT. ALREADY 30 DAY PASSED, EVEN POLICE HAS NOT PROVIDING US MOBILE TRACKING DETAILS/CALL LOGS.
1. HE WENT TO MARKET AND DISAPPEARED ON 26.06.2015.
2. POLICE REGISTERED CASE ON 04.07.2015.
MY QUERIES.
1. CAN WE REGISTER ANOTHER POLICE COMPLAINT TO ANOTHER PLACE WHERE WE EXPECT HE MAY STAY.
2. SHALL WE APPROACH COURT TO DIRECT POLICE TO EXPEDITE THE INVESTIGATION.
3. CAN WE ASK FOR CALL LOGS FROM MOBILE OPERATORS DIRECTLY WITH A COPY OF POLICE COMPLAINT.
4. ANY OTHER LEGAL HELP/ADVICE PLEASE.

Sir , As per the judgement of the Honourable high court of Madras, case no 29832/2011 pil filed by petitioner Palanimuthu, the high court had earlier ordered status quo but in Aug 2013 it removed the ban on campus placements until final hearing .I want to know supposing if anyone files a case in some other high court(lets say delhi high court or UP high court) regarding the same matter but against some other psu ,will that case be acceptable to the court or they would wait till the decision of Madras high court .And i want to know is it possible that one high court bans it but other high court allows it .And if yes whom will the psu follow . I am no expert and am sorry if i made any mistakes while writing this. Thanks

Statement of facts
Death of father, mother & 1 son on January , march & April 15
parents had 5 children - 2 son, 3 daughters in which 1 son also expired in April 15
now as per Hindu succession act 1956, all parental assets/money/gold must be equally distributed among all major child, but
remaining son performing claiming of multiple things without even intimating to any of other remaining children or there representative -
I want to know
1. what will be the process to stop elder son for claiming to parental assets, he is not even intimating/informing about his action to any other major child ?
2. What minimum documents/evidence required to stop same ? will
A - proof of action taken by remaining son on some assets/money/gold/article.
B - proof of asset ownership in parents name.
C - proof of applicant to be the one among child or representative of them.
3. be enough or anything additional will be required ?

sir mene 138 ni act ka notice 07/02/014 ko aqused ko diya or unservreturn notice 17/2/14 ko prapt kiya or mene ni court me case 28/2/14 ko file kr diya. court ka kahna hia ki mera kesa premature h or mera khna h ki notice dene se 15 din ka time start ho jata h so mera case premature nhi h.
plz suggest me sume supra cases wher they admit date cause of action notice sent karne se start ho jata hai.

I filed an FIR in robbery case. Few names were omitted in FIR which were informed by me. I was said will add in later investigation. But it was not. So shall I file a writ petition now?

police not issuing F I R on police officer
I was arrested and remanded and charged fr tresspasing a non exiesting property along with i p c 354. I o was very much aware af the above said fact .but he colluded with comlaint and filled chargesheet.case was dissmesed in 2011 .police officer prevailed on c p to file appeal before H court which was also dissmeseed. Now i have filled a complain to A C P a commplain u/s 211 to prosecute the police officers but they made only G D entry they are not issuing any F I R
