sir mera naam parvez hai or mere papa ne meri mummy ko 20 saal pehle divorce diya or mummy ko alimoney di gyi or mere papa ne dusri shaadi kr li unko dusri mummy se 1 beta or 2 beti hain pr tb mummy ne mere liye vourt case kiya to uske judgement me hua ki mai 18+ hone pr apne mummy ya papa ke paas apni marzi se reh sakta hun or apne papa ki tamam sampatti me brabar ka huqdaar hun pr sir mere papa ne 2011 me property jo dadilayi thi dusri mummy ke naam pr transfer kr di dusri mummy or family ke pressure me aakr
pr sir mai ab 20 years old hun kya mera papa ki property me koi share nhi .....
plz sir help me !

mera naam seema devi h. meri shaadi ko 2 yrs and 8 months huye hain. meri 1 beti h 1 year ki. abhi 1 june 2015 ko mere husband ki death ho gyi. unki death k bad mujhe aur meri beti ko ghar se nikal diya gya h. mere husband ki policies thi 25 lakh ki wo b mere father in law ne le li hain. wo 3 policies thi 2 LIC aur 1 Max life insurance policy. jinme mujhse jhuth bolkar aur darakar sign karwa liye dhokhe se aur sare paise khud k account me karwa liye. aur jo b property hai wo sab mere in laws k nam par hai. mere husband k nam par koi propperty nahi hai. ab mere pas rahne k liye b ghar nahi hai. m mere mayke m rah rhi hu. meri beti ki jimedari b mujh par hai aur mere pas income ka b koi source nahi hai. kya mera ya meri beti ka koi right hai mere in laws ki property par. please suggest me. m kya karu. mere in laws k nam par kafi property hai par ab wo us sari property ko apne bde bete ko de rhe hain. m chote bete ki wife hu. hume saf sabdo me kah diya gya h ki ladkiyo ko propert me hissa nahi milta aur na hi m dunga . m sab kuch apne ladke ko hi dunga.
please btaiye kya aisa koi law hai ki m mere husband ki policies ka paisa le sku aur mere in laws ki property me kya humara koi haq h ya fir kisi law k according unse humara haq le sakte hain . please suggest me

mere pati aue mere sath jhagda kiya jata tha dahej k liye aur unhe bhut jyada tension di jati thi. ab unki death ka reason b heart bta rhe hain.

A layout formed without approval from the govt authorities. The property compromising of 10 sites was formed by the GPA holder of the property owner. The GPA holder sold each site to the prospective purchasers by executing notary GPA and affidavit. Later it was known that the land owner had executed an agreement to sell one month proir to the GPA. So there was litigation in the courts which concluded with granting rights to the agreement holder. the land owner had expired during the trial and none of the GPA holders of individual sites I'm pleaded in the trial. WHAT RIGHTS THE GPA HOLDER GET. Few GPA holders have built houses in the property and staying there for about few years now.

my grand mother ne meri mother ke naam vasiyat karwai thi usme do witness the us main se ek witness ki death ho chuki hai. or ek witness mukar gya hai. will registered hai. kya will valid hai ?

A has a land of 90cent with 4 ft private pathway 20 meter long to public road. And B has land left n right of the 4 ft Pathway. whether it is possible to get right to get 8ft road And vehicle access to the plot for A. Right now A's and B's land is agricultural land. A is ready to pay for the additional land for vehicle access. Is the Easement Act has provision to get the law in favour of A. A has a way from backside but that also 4 ft and it opens to river. Vehicle access is not possible. A has ownership of the land for 7 years as of now. Please advice.

on a complainant petition U/S 138 NI ACT, complainant disposed in his chip that i had send the the notice through my advocate and i filed the xerox copy of the said notice. the xerox copy was not exhibited. Is it sufficient evidence for notice serve to accused.

Dear Sir, I am serving with one of CAPF. My APAR for year 2013-14 is excellent. I got transferred in June 2014 to new Bn. There, from June to November I was adjutant of Bn, participated in National events and completed one professional course also. The reporting authority remarked as "SOMETIMES HE FABRICATE THE FACTS AND MISGUIDES THE SENIORS" in pen picture column. Based on it, he kept my APAR below benchmark. The reviewing and accepting authority has done it"ZERO". Before this i never got a single advisory or memo from seniors in service of five years. In this posting, The commandant has attached 12 memos in my personal folder without seeking a single explanation.
2. I got transferred again to new place in Nov 2014, the remaining period APAR is very good at new place.
3. He filled my APAR in May 2015 and also sent my personal folder after a delay of almost SIX months with back dated memos.
4. He has also put photo copies of my file noting in my personal folder, is it against official secrecy ACT .
I request you to guide... what should I do.

Two persons (Not In Blood Relation) Purchased an agriculture land (Yr.1974)thrg.sale deed,in sale deed they have not mention any contribution or share neither for consideration nor for property partition ,,(Joint Tenancy) after years one co owner expired(yr.2002) without making any will ..on revenue record the name of remaining owner is carry out yet,,after completing mutation procedure..My Questions are given below..
(1) Can Deceased legal heirs claim for their portion after 13 yrs. ?
(2) In case of joint tenancy or joint ownership the property goes to the other co-ownership, survivorship and nor to the legal heirs of deceased co-owners.is it True ?

Dear sir , request you to suggest me a good lawyer in Pune. My wife is not staying with me for last two years. I waited a lot and approached her and her family countless time. Mails, call ,msg all are their. Finally I send a notice to her to come back. On that her family has bitten me and broke my hand at their house. Then filed a divorce case against me on ground of cruality followed by 498a and 503 etc ... Now half of the lawyer I met, don't know what to do other then asking me to take anticipatory bail and drag the case... Rest are asking me to compromise and file MCD cost of which I will have to pay by loosing my flat and 3 yr daughter's custody to her. Is our law systems so poorly disbalanced towards one gender ! Its a shame. Even police has not taken any cognigence of my fir on her father, brother for breaking my hand and fighting with me. Please help.
