Why we filed Nullity of Marriage and when? Is this Nullity of Marriage under Special Marriage Act? Can I file Nullity of Marriage on the ground of suppression of material facts? Can I file Nullity of Marriage after the date of marriage within one year? Although the time has already elapsed for one year and eleven months from the date of marriage i.e. 13th December, 2013, in such case, can I file Nullity of marriage? What is the alternative way for dissolution of marriage after leaving husband from 6th September, 2014. Please advise me.

I am from working class, I wanted to take a piece of Land and build a house in Hyderabad, my friend has recommended that I should try Manipal Housing Finanace Syndicate for the Loan, We have finalized a deal for the land and House from a Builder known to the Bank at 30 Lakhs, I have down paid 5 Lakhs and taken a 25 Lakhs loan from the said Bank, with an understanding of the Loan as " Housing Loan", I was later given to understand that the bank has transferred the entire amount to the builder, who has not given us the possesion of the House, but just the land, which does not even value to 12 Lakh Rupees, when approached the bank and told them the same, the Bank has told us that the Matter needs to be settled between the Builder and us, the builder is however not reachable, we have spoken to the Manager there and informed that unless we get our house, we shall not pay any more of EMIs, for which they have not agreed and put in a blank security cheque worth 1,50,000 and invoked "NI 138", the case is sub judice and they have put one more Cheque, which I havent given them at all worth 40 Lakhs and sent me a Legal notice, Please advice what needs to be done?

As I already asked reply of this quiry through lawyersclubindia but it is unfortunately that nobody reply my quiry. One again i asked the same.
One Assistant Secretary was selected in CBSE against the post of Deputation(Actually the method is promotion failing which on deputation) there are 05 post of AS are vacant and no person is eligible for promotion as per RR so that the same was publish through Deputation. Out of 05 posts 03 persons are selected for the post of AS on deputation but only one person join the duty of AS on deputation. Now more than one year completed and the person is requested to absorb him as Assistant Secretary in CBSE.
For the post of AS as per RR 50% as Direct and 50% on promotion(failing which by deputation). There is no method in RR to absorb a person.
(I) Can we absorb the person who is on deputation without changes of RR
(II) Can we absorb the person after changing in the RR i.e. Direct/Promotion/Deputation/Absorption.
The Organisation wants to absorb this person before amended the RR can it is possible.
Please clarify.

I have a security agency in Hyderabad, so I opted a business development proposal from Sulekha.com to provide 125 leads to me for Rs. 10,000/- which I have paid in advance. But now I am not getting proper response and also quality of leads is worst. After providing me 88 leads they stopped my service without intimation and they are not responding to my emails. I have the order copy of 125 leads, also the emails for which there is no response. So is somebody interested to take up this case.

sir i was born on 3rd feb 1995 at my home. my parents didn't registered my name for birth certificate. now i need it very urgent.
but i don't know about the procedure and documents required for birth certificate.
can any1 please tell me the procedure and documents required for getting a birth certificate??

A mother and her two sons are the owners of land totalling 10 grounds
One of the sons was given a Power by other owners say mother and the son with a specific clause saying that the POA can appoint or delegate his powers to another person to develop the property by construction of flats. Now the original POA delegated his powers to a builder to construct flats and sell. Both the POA got registered. Under the circumstances whether we can enter in to an agreement with the vendor viz the 2nd POA for purchase of a flat is legal. Is there any section under contract act or supreme court judgement or order support in this. Pl clarify in detail sundaravadivel Br Mgr. Syndicate Bank

LAND ACQUISITION (A.P. AMENDMENT) ACT, 1953
U/s 30 of Land Acquisition Act of 1894
Government has awarded remuneration for the land acquisition to support Hyderabad metro rail.
However, there is this another party from nowhere.. filed an objection.
We bought this piece of land about 10 years ago and have been owning it since then.
And we do have all the legal documents.
1. What will be the list of documents, that the judge/court will need to give the remuneration/amount to us and not the 2nd party.
2. Are there any citations that I can look up to support my case.
3. Usually how long does it for the final decision. This case has been running since Jan-2015 and we are asked to submit a counter with documents.
