actually she is my aunt we are staying same house that house we cant sail others put one wall between only

Hi
There were 5 partners in a partnership firm and one of them dies suppose x dies and rest of the four partner partners signs a new partnership deed ( where in 4 partners 2 partners are son of x ) the partnership firm has one industrial land in the name of partnership firm.
But x had written a will where in x has given his share in the industrial land of the partnership firm to his 2 grandsons and without the knowledge of the grandsons the rest of the partners have made the partnership deed, its been like one month the partners have made the partnership deed and now they are thinking of selling the industrial land .
Now the question is when x has given his share of industrial land to his 2 grandsons can they sell without there knowledge and how can the grandsons claim their right in the property and if it is sold the money amount will come in the partnership account then how will the partners of the firm can right the cheque in the individual names of the grandsons
Is this possible and if not what is the right way of going around with the things.

My father in law is having 20 acres of land near Hyderabad. He purchased the land in 2005 he registered the land on my mother in laws name .He is having three daughters and one son .I have married elder daughter sill two daughters are left for marriage.Here my question is my wife have equal share what my brother in law have. And other thing if my father in law will change the property towards his son .Will my wife get equal share .Plz reply me

Hello all,
Chief Judicial Magistrate has issued summons to the opposite party in the Cheating & Fraud Case under 420,406,504,506 & 34 case
Almost three dates (6 months duration) has been completed after that still no summons report has been delivered by belief / Police dept. or not the opposite party appeared in the court.
The hearing is getting postponed due to non servicing of Summon to opposite party. We already put the reminder to the judge & he reissued the summons which also not been served.
What can be the next step taken in this scenario?
What if the Summons is not served to opposite party? We are sure the opposite party is managing the police for not serving the summons.
Please advice.

Sir, i read on the net that Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Societies now do come under the purview of RTI.
Many articles mention that the members of the Society can file a RTI against the Managing Committee.
Can non members of the Society, who are aggrieved parties, too file a RTI against the Society for records and information regarding a certain flat/membership of a particular member?

Ancestral property
Ancestral property is in the name of my uncle who is having Khatha in his name for more than 20 years. Actually We were living in the property for more than 20 years.
My uncle(Plaintiff) filed a suit for permanent injunction.
We produced the voters ID and witness(neighbours) to prove our possession.
But the Lower court gave him the permanent injunction not relying on the Voters ID and neighbour witness.
During the case my uncle also produced another document for the property which is sold by me as ancestral property given to me. But actually this property was allocated not in lieu of house but instead of other property which allocated to my uncle and sold by him also. But my uncle argued that this property was given instead of house in which we are living.
But unfortunately my lawyer has not brought up this point during argument and also we could not submit the sale deed for other property sold by my uncle.
Lower court based on this granted a permanent injunction to my uncle(Plaintiff).
Now the case is in First appeal.
Can we submit additional document for the property sold by my uncle to prove that additional property was allocated not in lieu of house we are living. Whether the court will also this now.
OR
Can we file a fresh suit against my uncle for declaration for the ancestral property
There is no registered partition deed.
