how long civil matters go on. It is suspected that each time the case is listed, the opposite party tries to bring influence by bribe or inducement to lower level officials and shifts the case to another date. Can this go on indefinitely.

former secretary who has been ousted by govt./administrator has filed civil case (petitioner is society through its secretray) in sessions court claiming that both administator and members are illegal -despite members holding share certs and he continues to be secretary etc. He has also filed another in high court. Now administrator has in the normal course conducted elections and new office bearers hav taken over. can society through new secretary withdraw the case in civil court since former secy has filed on behalf of society.

Recently one international investment firm hired me for a good position. They asked me to join from 27 July 2015 but called in few days and said joining has been delayed by a week and 3 august is the day. I agreed to the same. Then they again delayed the process and.said joining would be on 10th August. They had sent me an offer letter too for 3 august. Unfortunately, the joining date has been again delayed and the same has not been confirmed. Meanwhile I refused two other job opportunities. Their tricks are now hampering me financially. Can I lodge a complaint against them to give me compensation? Where should I.go? correct guidance would be appreciated.

Is preparation of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride a punishable offence within India? Is there any judgment/s of any High Court/s or Supreme Court of India to this effect?

My wife has some money in a SB Bank account and a trading account. SB account money mix like from me and relative and cash from other she gets from time to time last 5-10 years.Now she want to buy/sell share on regular for own income. Can I show her income in her PAN account and file Income Tax Return OR or his income will be add in my income. please suggest.

Our land is touching hill side road. It is almost rectangular in size and is around 600 meters long along the hill. So it is blocking entry to the farms touching other side of my land. Since last 30 years we have allowed other farmers to use a 3 feet wide road which go across our land. My question is , Can other farmers legally demand for more wide entry road (free of cost) across my land. (Wide enough for a Truck) as they do not have any other entry road to there farms.
