Hello, my brother is very innocent & he went to my uncle's home yesterday they doing some house construction there but there neighbour has registered a false FIR sec 354 against my brother I'm pretty sure the police taken some money from them & lunch this false case now police are finding my brother many time's they visit at our home we are very confused what to do he is already ill & his feet is already fractured since last a month dua to an accident unfortunately today is Sunday & he can't get a bail pls tell me how can we prove it's a false case in the Court because my brother never touched any woman & his character is very grateful.
Please suggest me how can we prove the case has been registered false & the girl is lying totally.

Dear all India Civil lawyers,
Hope you are doing good.
I am Justin,male,69 years old.My civil case 2nd appeal is pending in Madurai high court. Regarding land matter.
My lawyer has said that, My civil case hearing is going to happen within 10 days and also my lawyer said that it will be completed my main case within 3 months.
Honorable high court Judge is ready to take my civil case as I am senior citizen,I have following questions on my civil case. Please clarify.
1) This is second appeal civil case, so my opposite party does not come within 3 months- will my case hearing extend till my opposite party comes or his advocate comes???? please advise.
2) Based on final second appeal honorable judge's judgement, will i request honorable judge thru my lawyers to make order clear statement to Goverment register office,police SP(to take action on illigal document creation), survey my land from court.
Should I seek these court order thru my lawyer or I can directly apply to honorable judge. Also, which time i need to approach for honerable Judge/how much time takes if i approach individually.Because of more fees to my lawyer on every order- iam thinking.I dont have financial power to do everything. please advise.
3) when hearing this civil case, If my against party has withdraw the 2nd appeal case, what should i do? or my against party advocate NOT appear on this case on time ,what should i do? Please advise if you have clue on this.
4) If i loose or my against party loose this civil case judgement, do we have possible to go for next appeal in high court itself.? or do we need to go next appeal for only Suprim court?
Answer my 4 questions please. Thanks in advance.

Hello sir,
i am facing false dowry case in which father in law mentioned in fir that he has sold out one property/land in gurgaon in year 2012 and than given cash 5 lac as dowry.
1) my marriage held in 2013.
2)i do not have any info regarding above property.
my question,what is the rules of property taxes if its purchased or gifted.how i can get info about property although i only have info fil name.

wife has filed application under crpc 125 for maintenance and also filed divorce petition on cruelty. Now I want to allege other grounds like llicit relation and cruelty on her part , should I file separate petition or application in same case.

.whethe she can write will for any other brother, s name or we all children have right and how to prove that it was purchased from my father, income as this is cash transaction and way back in 1970s .

I have a plot (with a hall made of karkat/steel roof) on which I started consturuction but after few days of construction (we already had pillers with their pillers when they constructed their home and the construction was almost done for 8 feet from the ground level) my father's cousine's son claims to have 10 X 40 feets and report to police. The police arrived at the consruction site and told us to stop the construction for the day and visit the police station with paper. My parents visited the police station with papers and discussed with them and they told us that they will visit again tomorrow. The very next day I visited my home town and soon after the police arrivee and we had a discussion with police and my courins that we will not start work on that day and will try to resolve the matter using discussion. I took initiative to resolve it using words and have shown each and every paper that proved that their claim was wrong and asked them to go against us in court if we are wrong (since we were not wrong as per the documents and perception). But they did not get the way with papers and told me that took aside the paper and give market value of that part and resume the construction (It seems like extortion money to me). After stopping the construction for two day I resumed the construction work then they told me to call police but I told them to call the police since we had no issue with them (they had). Meanwhile they abused our labours, challenged me to go to court for extortion money (as per my perception but I had no proof against them so did not go for that), told us for blood bath. I have a video for the same. After that they did not interrupted in construction work but after two months of construction they imposed an IPC section 107 on us and asked to fill a bond of 4 Lacs. What should I do in this case? Would I have to fill the bond? (I have video along with me) Can I go for a defamation case against them since we did not utter any word like that and it's them who threatend us of the blood bath?
