Specific performance

I had filed case of specific performance towards my uncle who sold the said land to third person. What are chances of injunction and on what basis to file petition? I had got information that third person is in talk of selling the said property. This will be the second buyier after the agreement. At present both are defended one who purchased ( third person)and from whom i had sale agreement. The 1 st defeated is my own uncle who made sale agreement during her daughter marriage after taking 1 lakh, but after marriage he sold to 2 d defendant, who after 5 years is in talk to sell the land.

my own sister is putting a case on me just for my mobile com

Dear team,
I belongs to hyderabad. During conversation with my own sister on mobile, i abused her with saying," if you are not happy with your husband, just leave him and i will marry you again".
She complain in local police station, and that ci has called me and councelled me and my sister and we come for settlement, and taken a sign on white paper infront of CI.
And now again she is blackmailing that she will eat a poison and write a letter and send you to central jail.

She is not only harrassing me but she is even harrassing my old parents and asking for money.

How to solve this issue.

Is law will permit this type of complaints and entertain?
How should i proceed?

Thank you,

Regards,

Riaz

Duplicate share certificate (co-operative society)

My father is the owner of a flat in CGHS society.

While taking loan from the employer he has submitted Share Certificate with the employer.

Now since the loan is complete we approached the employer (Government Body) to return original certificate, they are saying that it is not lying with them (they have lost somewhere I suppose).

I have the evidence which says that the employer will keep original documents with until loan repaid completely.

Kindly advise how to get the duplicate share certificate from society and action against the employer.

Thanks
