One of the my collegue having OBC-NCL ,But his father is doctor(MD-pediatrician).
1)How can i prooved he is falling under creamy layer and not eligible for reservation.. ???
2) Does s/o or d/o BHMS doctor falls under non-creamy layer ????
plz plz reply ....its all about my post-graduation admission...

Plz let me know about the latest law regarding the place of juridiction in NI Act cases. At present my cheque has bounced in hisar, and the party has filed a case under NI ACT IN HISAR, My bank account is in jhansi, so is it possible to file case in hisar under amended law.

hello
i was legally adopted when i was 3/4 years old by my biological father's unmarried sister. adoption deed is registered.i also have an pension account under her name. she died when i was 7. my school and college records have my biological parents name and also in all the other documents such as pan card, voters id, drivers license, adhaar card. i applied for passport(tatkal) recently.i nee to go abroad urgently within 2 weeks. they are asking for birth certificate.
advice me what should i do? as all the documents have my parents name. will it amount to forgery if i make my birth certificate and passport in my parents name?
can i cancel the adoption deed? my pension account will be close in nov end 2015.
do i need to change all the documents in her name?
please help

I worked in Supreme infrastructure for four months. They have not given my salary for these four months. Its almost 2 years complete I left Supreme infrastructure. But till today they are giving excuses every time when I am asking for my salary which is due on them. Is there any legal way so that I may receive my salary. Kindly help..

Sir,I have been arrested for my personal property dispute on 27/11/2012 and got bail
on 22/02/2013.I was suspended on 27/11/2012
and revoked on 05/04/2013.No memo or any diciplinery action was initiated by office
my annual increment from 2013-2015 is withhold and several representations were submitted.I have Retired on 31/07/2015 till date I have not received my pension order or the gratuity, G.P.F What shall be done in this situation.

MR.A HAS TAKEN PROPERTY IN 1944 THROUGH a SALE DEED and transferred a part OF THE PROPERTY to his brother MR B & MR C in 1965 through a Katha transfer respectively.
NOW MR.B SOLD THE PROPERTY (only his land ) TO MR x THROUGH SALE DEED IN 2009
Q 1)IS THE MR X RIGHTS ARE CLEAR.
