Meri original caste chhipa(obc) hai lekin mere first class me admission ke samay clerk ne caste rajput (general) likha. Mere sare document rajput caste se hai . Mujhe peon ki job lagi government me general category se. Job 8 year Ho gaye. Ab Mujhe baccho ke liye chhipa (obc) caste banana hai.service me koi problem to nahi aayegi. Caste banane koi problem to nahi aayegi.margdarshan Kate please.

As per my knowledge the property distribution must be among all son automatically after parents death, if daughters does not claim their part initially at the time of distribution in father properties, proceeded by any of son.
1. if after sometime let say 1/2 years daughters claim their part, then whether court will allow their part to proceed or not ?
2. What is decided time frame to claim same initially by any of son / daughter ? i.e. after that time the properly will be transferred into government administration and court will not accept any petition regarding claim or distribution for any/all successor.
3. Is initially at the time of distribution any document / NOC or something doesn't not required initially ?

Sir i m staying in Iraisa cooperative housing mira road from last five years. when i purchased the flat all slit parking were sold by builder. He had open parking space available but i did not buy it as i have some idea that it is illegal. We hhave managing comittee formed since last 4 years and they have issue d stickers who have purchased d parking and to those who have taken on rent. I have been parking my car since last 5 years and now they are asking me to park the car outside as i dont have the sticker. i have requested them to allot me d space . They have rejected it and filed a case against me for not following d rules to park outside. Police has told them we cannot interfere as it is matter of court. Would reguest you to guide me on same.

This is Ipsit. I have been married for two years. It was love. Alas! I don't find anything left now. However, my wife has only grown to be stubborn and extremely abusive (I have proof in form of recordings). She is extremely intolerant towards my parents and want to settle elsewhere. My father is a glaucoma patient and my mother is old too and has rheumatic heart. I am their only son and hope to look after. She works in a pvt firm and still she exploits me for money and abuses my parents too. When I asked her to say sorry to my mother because she has hurled expletives towards her, she left the house and went to her mothers. Now she wants me to leave my mother and father and stay alone with her which is next to impossible for me. I want to file for divorce and was opting for mutual. But she wants to play dirty and have threatened me and my family to file 498 and frame false case. Please suggest what to do? I belong to a very simple family and i have no clue as to what can be done . I already consulted a lawyer but to no avail. Please suggest what to do and how can i save myself and family, my career and get rid of her once and for all. She has caused my family and me enough trouble. Please help anyone.
She has recently filed 498A and 354 against me and my family. My Parents have been released on Bail by the police court and I have been advised by my lawyer to stay low elsewhere. My bail date in front of a district judge is on 18th August.. Is there any chances of my bail getting granted ..Also.. should i skip this and go straight to high court ? Will my bail be granted easily over there ? Please let me know ....Please advise. I do not want to go to jail even for a minute. I am terribly scared.

my sister lodged an F.I.R u/s 354a, but police did'nt took any action against accused and now they are saying that we cancell that case, sir nobody recorded statement of my sister u/s 164. we have the 3 recordings of i.o (lady constable) in which,she is excusing that i am in hospital/ contact to the S.H.O/ I AM GOING TO TAKE LOCATION OF THE MOBILE OF YOUR SISTER. POLICE IS SAYING THAT AT THE TIME OF INCIDENT, MOBILE LOCATION IS NOT AT THE PLACE OF INCIDENT SO WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THE ACCUSED. SIR, MY SISTER'S SON USES THAT MOBILE & HOW CAN POLICE ESCAPE "ACCUSED" ON THE BEHALF OF MOBILE LOCATION AND HOW CAN POLICE CANCEL A CASE WITHOUT RECORDING STATEMENT OF VICTIM IN FRONT OF JUDICIAL MEGISTRATE. POLICE IS SAYING THAT IT IS NOT NECCESARY TO RECORD STATEMENT OF VICTIM U/S 164. SIR, PLEASE TELL US WHAT SHOULD WE DO.

MY FATHER OWNS A PROPERTY IN WHICH HE IS 50% OWNER OF LAND(BY MUTATION IN LAND RECORDS) AND 2/3 OWNER IN BUILT UP PROPERTY THRU UNRGEISTERED FAMILY PARTITION. NOW HE WANTS TO GIFT ONE FLOOR EACH TO EACH OF HIS SON-ME AND MY BROTHER .THIS IS A LEASEHOLD PROPERTY
THE OTHER 50% CO OWNER OF THE LAND IS HOSTILE WITH US . HOW CAN WE SAFEGUARD OUR INTEREST IN THIS PROPERTY . WILL GIFT DEED EXECUTED IN FAVOUR OF ME AND MY BROTHER WILL SAFEGUARD OUR INTERESTS ? ANY OTHER WAY BECAUSE WE ARE EXPECTING DISPUTE FROM THE OOTHER 50% CO OWNER

tresspassing in my flat
There is one person who has tresspassed my 2 bhk flat in the city since last 20 months. I have approached the supredient of police and given him application stating tresspassing of my flats by unknown criminals. He has instructed to the respective police inspector for investigation and during the course of investigation police inspector has called that person in front of me and asked him to vacat the flat in a week time but the criminal person who has tresspassed the flat has submitted one live and license agreement which is on 100 rs stamp papers but it is neither having any signature of the landlord nor it is notorized hence respective police inspector has given a ghret of filing the fir to that person if he will not vacat the flat and then he has agreed to vacat flat in a one month time but when after completion of that month period when I have againg approced that police inspector he told me that the person was called again and ge has promised that he will vacat the flat aftercomplwtion of the agreement period hence give him that time as anyhow it is matyer of a month only. And that way then he has disbursed my application given to sp and he has sent me the reply that your matter is of civil act hence please go to the court.
This is happened in sept'14 and now again sept will come when 22 month will be completed to that so called fraud agreement which he has lroduced in police records. I m neither receiving the rent amount nor getting my flat back please advise what can be done and how.
