My Grandfather got allotment of house after Partition from Government in 1955 per conveyance deed. My Father and my uncle (Chachi Ji) distributed the house further per Partition Deed (Taksimnalma).
We are two siblings/brothers. My Father per VERBAL Agreement gave other Plot in his(My Father’s) name to my brother (As his final share in property).
Later, he did Will (Vasiyat) in 1988 where he notified that my brother has taken his share in form of that plot and rest should be given to my other son (Myself).
Now, my elder brother is deceased and survived by her widow and 3 children.
My Father still hasn’t done registry in his name and has conveyance deed in my GrandFather’s name as well as Partition Deed (Taksimnalma) with him.
1. Can my father sell that house
2. Can he get that house registered in my name
3. Do my brother’s widow or children still have share/claim on this house.
Please help.

My father died last year, executed a will having 6 beneficiary which is not registered. He had bank account without mention nominee. we present will to bank manager to claim balance and locker deposit. Bank manager told us to probate the will from competent court first.
As i know probate of will is not mandatory in Uttar Pradesh.
kindly help with procedure to claim.

my question is the property which was in grandfather name he died long back and it was not transfered to anyone and not in will also..now to whom does it property belongs..???
my grandma she is planning to sell the property but without the rights of there children can it be sold../?? does she can take that property without registering
please suggest me in this matter
can it be divided to all the children

Hi my name is gaurav i was working in company in delhi based in hydrabaad.couple of day back my.manager has terminated me because i was medically not fit and i have medical documents for the same.i just took one day leave and they terminated me coz of that,is their any action i can take against company. i was legally adopted when i was 3 years old by my biological father's unmarried sister. adoption deed is legal & registered.i also have an pension account under her name. she died when i was 7. my school and college records have my biological parents name and also in all the other documents such as pan card, voters id, drivers license, adhaar card. i have applied for passport on the basis of these documents.
advice me what should i do?all the documents have my biological parents name.
do i need to change all the documents in her name?or just continue using them? can i now change the document esp passport once it is issued? i need the passport urgently.
please help

Property issue
Hi,
I have purchased a room under pagdi system since 2010 maharashtra/Mumbai I have only agreement photocopy made between old tenant and new tenant-( I am )
And now I want to register my room paying stamp duty
My queries as below->
1) which are documents I have to
maintain?
2) what is online process for stamp duty payment?
3) what is process for offline stamp duty payment?
4) what is percentage of stamp duty in maharashtra/Mumbai?
5) I have to pay any amount to landlord if I pay stamp duty?
6) I have agreements photocopy where from I get original ?
7) are there any penalty in stamp duty because I since 2010 not paid any duty what is penalty percentage gap between 2010 to 2015?
