Dear Expert,
Need your valuable advice about section 24 & 25 of Hindu Marriage Act.
This is the husband who have filed divorced petition u/s 13 on the ground of cruelty and desertion and also seeking maintenance u/s 24 and permanent alimony u/s 25 as he is jobless and doing juniorship of advocacy under a senior lawyer since last 8 months and is not earning any paisa from there.
whereas wife is a lecturer and earning Rs. 30,000/- per month from her job. Kindly update me with any citation of High Court/ Supreme Court.

I am giving the exact picture about the incident happened last night.
I work in an MNC at Chennai. Last night I finished my shift by 10pm and was on the way to drop my female colleague at her home. We reached her home before 11pm. Since she had some family problem at home. I was not able to drop her exactly at the door steps. So i decided to stop my car a 50m ahead from her house. Since we work together we started having a normal discussion inside the car before we both could sign off for the day. Since the area had lesser lights I managed to switch the parking lights of the car. We had some some 10 mins chat and fate was in such a way that there were 2 law and order constables on rolls for night patrol. They stopped their bike and asked us wat we were doing. We both answered in a polite way. I also explained the cops, that just bcoz the area is dark i switched on the car parking lights so that we are visible inside the car so that no doubts can be arised. Then they started askin our address and phone nos. My colleague she was afraid that they were asking her parents phone no. Then i spoke to the cops and made them understand the situation. Then finally they took my address and the car no in a notepad they had, leaving out my female colleagues details. They asked me to give 500rs as fine.. i kept justifying why shud i pay the money when we didnt commit any minor crime. When i denied to give the money they went and asked my female colleagues address again. I didnt have any other option than paying 250rs which i had n my pocket.
My query here is ... they took my address and car no in a notepad. Will it be a problem for me in the future. Please advise... i have not gone through a situation lik this before.. i am breaking my head very badly . I even asked the cops the same question. They promised that there would not be a problem.. it is just for records. Even the cops know that we were talking inside the car. Thts why the behaved decently.
Please help me on this.

mere papa ki 2 wife hai 1st wali ki deth ho gae..or second wali jo meri mummy hi wo jinda hai but papa mummy ko ghr se nikal diya hai 1st wife ki do ladkiye hai n meri ek bhen hai papa sab se nafrat karte hai bas mjhe acha rakhte hai papa unkri government job hai... or ek mkan hai 1 crore ka or kuch bank balance hoga kitna hai wo nhi pta.....so sir mere papa ki tabyat bhi kharab rehti hai or wo akele hai koi unse milne nhi aata koi ladkiye unki nhi aati milne unse

to sir agr mere papa agr deth ho gae to kiske name ho unki property n bank blance...
Sir sab ko hissa bra bar mile ye me nhi chahti coz wo ense pyr nhi krte pese se krte hai...
Sir agr sirf mere name karna ho mere papa k name ka stanp or uspe likhit me kiya likhwaun sir btao jisse mujhe aage mere papa k nhi hone k bad kuch problem nhi ho.... ki koi objction uthaye unke hak k liye....
Or sir stanp paper mere pass rahega or mere papa ki deth hogi to kab kha ja k btana hoga.... coz mjhe dar hai ki ye stanp koi fad k jla nhi de mjhse chin k...

To sir mujhe kiya krna hoga plz halp me plzzzzz sir

What will be succession fee payable on the amount lying in P.P.F Account of deceased for getting succession certificate of it in the states of Punjab & Haryana.

Sir/Madam,
In case of marriage takes placed through registered Matrimony site Jeevansathi.com and thereafter the marriage particulars of bride found incorrect which were mentioned by bride and her family with status Never Married. In actual she were earlier legally divorced but got again married by concealing of actual facts by mentioning Never Married in the Matrimonial profile. Secondly bride have lodge false FIR of 498A, Case CRPC 125 and Domestic violence.
And the other side in this scenario groom have lodge FIR against bride and her family section 420 and 120-B and filed Section 12 Case HMA nullity of marriage with ground of concealing of facts on internate at Jeevansathi.com and making fraud.
In this regard pls share if there is any similar judgment is available in favor of Groom for the both case Section 12 HMA and IPC 420, 120 B.
Or Suggest other things too.

My neighbour ( lady ) used to abuse my father , yesterday she file a complain in women helpline no. that my father say wrong words to her , just bcoz mcd dept challan her which on my father's request ws nt done she taken this issue wrongly n complain to cell
She usually abuse my father , n used say " you will nt come back from work today" these words are totally infeasible for us even to imagine
Can we file manhani case against her

Dear experts good evening ,. My friend facing a big problem. He married in 2006. He is a doctor, wife is govt lecturer. After 3 years of marriage they blessed with a son. From the beginning wife is cruel minded, she never cook, she scolds every day parents of husband. 6 years completed, no change in her. He purchased a flat and registered on wife name. On one day wife quarreled a lot and told husband , this is my flat "get out". He went to hotel room, came home on next day. She won't open the door. after 5 times, he started living separately in a rented house. Failed mediation by relatives. After 6 months he filed divorce case in family court. Wife taken summons but absent to court. After repeated absence of wife, judge given exparte divorce. Son is with mother. Now he is filed for custody of kid, now also she is not attending to court. Judge orderd publication in local news paper. Next court is on 1-9-15. Publication also finished last weak. In this case also wife absent to court repeatedly court will give exparte custody ? Or not ?
