I have gone through a situation... I was driving a bike suddenly a policeman came just beside me and told me why are you driving fast actually I was not driving fast but as soon as I overtaken him he wrote my number and filed wrong cases against me attempt to injure him and accident case guys kindly help me how to teach lessons to such policemen

Resp sir, Me and my husband both belong to disability , married since 1 yr. However, my husband and his mother, relatives started deserting me and on asking gave explanations that they don't want to contain marriage because of my behaviour. My husband tried to prove me insane through a psychology person also. He gives false reasons for non physical relationship after marriage, and his mother made it a point that they are incompatible , hence should separate. Their mental harassment and abandoned behaviour was all tolerated since one year. However, i m having financial constraints. Will i get Maintainance or alimony had i file a divorce petition? Under what grounds? Abandon ment or non- consummated marriage or cruelty?

i am land owner (say A)and my land had tenant(say B) under maharahstra kul kayada. we both came under mutual understanding to leave his tenant right by agreement to to provide him ownership right of half land if surrender of tenant rights. We made Notary and submitted before competant authority to accept our agreement. but authority rejected our application for following reason....
one of 'B' tenant family. the family which is undivded at the time of tenancy claimed on our land. inserted one family person name of 7/12 property card as part of tenant, competant authority accepted his claim and inserted his name by his appeal, as tenant. obiviously our agreement is prior to this new person, and now this new person not ready to accept our agreement.
can we as a owner has right to cancel our agreement or understanding bcoz that new person is DON or criminal background person. where we not feel profitable to go with.

Dear Sir,
I need to know what are conditions for presenting surity after getting AB.
My case is in Bangalore & I am in Pune.Wife loaded 498A & 506 cases on me.I have taken AB but in that condition is surity of person & bond of 50 K.
For surety my lawer is telling me that the surety person need to be from Bangalore with having own property on his name & without having loan on that property.
Also like to know we need to provide surety in court or in police station also.
As one of friend is having Flat in Bangalore but having loan then should he take care of my surety or not?
My second question is I have recceived letter from Police to present for inquiry on 12 th July then i called back & taken time of 2-3 weeks.
Then I applied for bail but within week police files charge sheet to court with remark Absconding.Does it mean that police role
is over in my case?or they still can call me for inquiry.
I get the AB in which mentioned to give surity.Now as police files charge sheet to court then I need to provide surity only to court or I need
to provide surity to police & court also.
My lawer telling me that we need to provide surity to both.
Please suggest.

Dear Sirs,
I am a member of a cooperative society in Mumbai. I have a question. The current committee got elected in January 2010 for the period of 3 years as per the bye-laws of the said society. (Annex ‘6’). Their term has been ended in January 2013 however there was not election program declared. Not only that, the entire committee is still functioning as the office bearers with being elected.
They have still not adopted the new bye laws. Moreover they have not called for the AGM till yet.
Even the balance sheet is also not ready yet.
What actions can be taken against them?

Hii I am hindu married lady We are 3 sister and two brother in which our 1 sister has been expire so now we are 2 sister and 2 brother.My father has expired in 1996 and mother has expired in 2012. my father has made a will and registered it but I do now know that when my father has made a will and my brother and sister also against me. So I want to know that how can i get the copy of registered will of my father. I am very Poor lady.

Sir,
I got married in may-2014.after marriage my wife had pragnancy. but after 6 moths i.e in nov 2014 she went for abortion at her house for 5.5 months baby without my consent. immediately i file a complaint case against her but did not send notice in that .after so many problems created by her , i filed divorce case in jun 2015.
so after 15 days of divorce case filation. A fir is filed against my parents and me in ipc 307/316/498A , me and my mother are staying away from my home , because my father was at my native place so on 5-7-2015 police i/o arrested him and send to jail in ipc307/316/498a. after that we force police to inverstigate. after investigation investigation officer was sho of ladies police station and she present an application before cjm to change the remand from 307/316/498a to 323/498a.
but cjm rejected that application without any proof because he has taken 1 lakh rupees bribe from my in-laws people, and stated that 307/316/498a will be continue and write to sp ,dgp and ig that inform me again this ,this investigation was not fair.
whether it is possible a cjm can deny to change the remand please sir can we take some action against him. is there any strong case for me that i may get divorce on abortion case merit.
So please leave your valuable suggestions and comments.

Hello Experts. I and my wife jointly are the owners of the flat where we (me, my wife, my adult son and my widow mother) stay. My widow mother is mentally retard to a certain extend. My mother has made our lives miserable. My self owned business has shut down and I no longer earn any income since more than one year. My wife's salary is the only income by which we are carrying on. My mother is a pensioner. She does contribute five thousand per month towards her expenses. The issue is not about her expense. Its about her behavior. I have an elder brother. He owns a 1BHK flat. He has refused to take her responsibility on the grounds that his flat is "small". I want to know about any such legal rights existing, where we the owners can discontinue the stay of my mother in my flat. Also, can I file a case against my brother in order to share the responsibility of my mother. Please advice.
