Dissolve managing committee

Dear Sir,
I am residing at CHS, Mumbai.
MC not functioning properly & not solving members problems. Total 20 members, 14 are against MC & want to dissolve MC & form new MC in one meeting only.
MC never accept correspondence & takes only one AGM thru year for members.
Last Election in 2007 & then in 2012 only Chairman co-opted & not ready to kate election before 2017.

Can members call SGM uorself & dissolve & form new temporary or permanent MC for 5 years ?
As per new amendment what is solution ?

Thanks in advance.

Wrong details on [assport

Hi,

I am fighting a divorce case with my wife. Without going into too many details about the case, I am being specific about my query here.

My wife filed an application for passport wherein she gave a wrong affidavit regarding her date of birth. She is well educated but gave a wrong affidavit stating that she is illiterate and gave a wrong date of birth in the affidavit (in the presence of notary). She also submitted her ration card which has wrong date of birth.
She applied for her passport immediately after our marriage but she did not mention that she is married in her passport application. I have a passport by the time of marriage.

I gave a police complaint regarding this and investigation is underway.

Now my questions are:
1) Is she liable to be prosecuted under Sec 12(b) of The Passports Act
2) What else is she liable under IPC. she destroyed her passport and did not produce it when police asked her.
I am thinking these attract IPC 468, 471, 201, Sec 12(b) of Passports Act. And what else? I'd like to a

Please guide me.

Thanks

Will case

My mothers brother (age 84)died in the year 2011. He was living in our house from 20 years as his wife died in the year 1993. Myself and my mother were taking care of him. The couples not having any male/female children, no brothers.

His ancestral property was looked after by a farmer from last 2 year before death. The farmer who is looking after my father in laws land taken signature on a bond paper when he was in the hospital and made a will deed.

In that will he mentioned that he himself was taking care of my father in law like his hospitalisation, food shelter and all of his requirements in his home. Due to this my father in law was happy and hence he has made will on my name.

so he filed a case in civil court that my mother is opposing the mutation of land on this farmers name.

My mother attached the documents like voter Id, hospital admission and discharge reports, death certificates etc. to prove that his brothers is living with her and all the hospitalisation food shelter was given by my mother

Now the case is in witness stage. Kindly give some suggestion & what will be the future od this case.

right to information act

I had file an appeal for rti but in appeal proceeding the PIO has taken the ground that I have already posted your information through simple post but I have not received any such posted by him . My question is that whether the PIO can deposit RTI information by simple post and another thing is that he does not give any notice regarding expenses instead of receiving any expenses he has posted the information through simple post. Whether a information posted by simple post is valid. The most important thing is that he posted information after the expiry of period of 30days and information is incoplete . They said that they have only that much information. Then what is the ground appeal from my side. Plz tell me in detail with legal grounds for appeal

Criteria for tds on bank deposit: on int. provided during a f.y. or on interest paid on maturity?

Sir, Mr. XYZ is having a Fixed Deposit of Rs.1, 06,404 = 00 with a Bank. Period of Deposit is 15 months starting from November 2014 up to mid February 2016. Rate of Interest is 9.50 % p.a.
Details of interest earned on the above Fixed Deposit:
Interest between Nov. 2014 and end of March 2015: Rs. 5,054 = 00 (F.Y. 2014-15)
Interest between Apr. 2015 and end of Feb. 2016: Rs. 8,193 = 00 (F.Y. 2015-16)
Total amount of interest payable on maturity: Rs. 13,247 = 00 (F.Y. 2015-16)
My question is:
(1) Whether above Bank Deposit attracts TDS provisions for the F.Y. 2014-15 and F.Y. 2015-16 or not ?.
(2) Whether Bank can deduct TDS on the interest amount payable on maturity, saying, income by way of interest is more than Rs. 10,000 = 00 for the F.Y. 2015-16 ?.
