I have got anticipatory bail on condition of depositing 3.76 lakh rupees. But I can't manage it early. To make it regular bail.if I support police and interrogation then there is a chance of any arrest. What should I do to get regular bail if I can't manage it such large amount soon. If I file 482 then can police arrest me. If I have anticipatory bail.but not regular bail.till the orders of high court. High court orders that I will be release on AB in event of arrest and will get regular bail on depositing 3.76lakh before trail judge. Pls tell me some remedy for that . can I move for 482 is it benifucial. As my lawyer said my case is fit for 482.

Mr A is owner of sole proprietorship firm ABC , he transfer proprietorship to his nephew by way of an undertaking before his death. Nephew applies to sales tax department for change in proprietorship by submitting original undertaking and obtains a receipt from department . Nephew files returns for 12 years thereafter and gets assessment orders from department time to time. .After 12 years Mr. A's son files suit for claiming proprietorship of ABC firm.. Pls advice on legal status .

Sir,
I am a Law Graduate, I have completed my Final Semester exam on December 2012, and got my Law Degree on May 2013.
During my LLB course i have given IBPS exam and cleared the Bank exam on September 2012 and got Joining letter on October 2012 thereafter i Joined Bank service on November 2012,on December 2012 for my Final Semester examination I have taken Leave from my Bank Authority and allowed.
Thus i have not got the opportunity to enroll myself to BCI as due to working as a full time salaried person.
Now please advice me -
1. How can i got enrollment to BCI for appearing for the Judicial Service examination as this exam requires enrollment as an advocate.
2. If while on service i apply for the enrollment hiding myself working as a full time salaried, what will be its consequence and what can BCI maximum do if it knows at any time about my service.
3.If now i resigned from my service and apply to BCI and get enrollment after that if a got any other government service then will my enrollment exist for appearing to judicial service examination.
4. If a get NOC from Service then can BCI give me enrollment only for the purpose of appearing to Judicial service examination and not for the practicing as an Advocate.
Please suggest me.

Claim for due salary & others
Can an employee claim his/her due salary & gratuity for the period of suspension of work under 'no work no pay' and after that BIFR declared sick industry under certain approval of scheme. Though in BIFR scheme there is no declaration for the employees who have not settled their account.
