If there is a question to prove a company a legal entity. The basic aim is to provide the company with the right of freedom of speech and expression. I want some case laws which shows how company or legal right contains freedom of speech and expression. The laws can be of any country.

What is the difference between section 126 and section 135 of the electricity act 2003.
How can a person who is assessed under section 126 of the act prove his innocence and quash the fir which has been filed under section 135 and section 138 of the act.
Although during inspection some particles or objects were found in the meter appratus...
The petitioner is the MD of the company and he is accused with the same and a bill of Rs 56 lakhs is demand as fine by the assessing authority.
He has paid the fine u/s 126 of the act but do not want to pay the amount u/s 152 of the act as he was not aware of the same...
The court has taken cognizance and he wants to quash the same in the High Court.. please advice how to proceed..

Sir,
A and B come togather into a partnership business through an unregistered partnership deed later on A propose to admit C as a working partner through admission of partner deed which is not signed by B and also in meanwhile B gets involved in a Police case in his personal capacity and is jailed for the period of 10 years now A and C are facing lot of difficulties to carry out day to day activities of business.
I seek your guidance in following.
1) Can a single partner expell other partner in above case.
2) Can A admit C as partner in absence of B
3) The firm is unregistered partnership firm so can they apply for it to become Pvt. Ltd. Co.

Hi Experts,
I am pursuing my MBA through distance education from Sikkim manipal university -DE .I got admitted to the course in March 2015 and I am in second semester now.
Unfortunately, Now there are many issues going on with the recognition of the university for providing distance education and the university has stopped new admissions.

Can you please explain in simple terms whether my degree will be valid , UGC recognized ?
Is it worth to continue next 2 semesters in Smude or to drop this and go for any other university ?

casses running on me by my wife from 2013 - 498a, 125, and 125 maintenance execution at her place which is around 250 km from my place
my medical treatment is going on since 2012
anxiety issues, heart problems, depressions
- can i appeal to court so that the case get transfer to a court nearby my hometown
- could all the cases get transfer

Sir,
I am an ex-serviceman drawing pension from defence. I married SINDU KR in 2003 and marriage was registered. Thereafter I got her named registered in service record as SINDU R PILLAI (Full form as SINDU RAGHUNATHAN PILLAI). Which is my name added to her name and this was her post marriage name.
I got discharge from service in 2009 and am getting my pension thereafter.
In 2009 my wife deserted me and there is no contact between us. In 2015 I filed a petition in family court in which her name was mentioned as SINTHU KR (her present official name). She did not contest the case. So it was set exparte and divorce was granted. In the divorce decree her name is entered as SINDHU KR.
Now I have to get her name removed from service record and the joint notification for family pension.
Her name which appears in service record is SINDU R PILLAI and the name in the divorce decree is SINDHU KR. Due to this difference in name I am unable to proceed further.
Is there any procedure of getting it rectified?
