Nowadays bank not accept multiple challan in single day, having same TAN No, Assessment year , Minor head, Nature Of payment etc., as advise by CBDT Audit Deptt. Is there any Govt/RBI Notification in this regards. Kindly advise.

hi, its related with one of my family member. THe case is as:
A firm was formed by 3 person in which 1 was active director and rest 2 was silent. A paper was filed in bank that any director can withdraw the amount. Now after 18 month, the silent director filed a FIR in police that the active director has cheated him and case was registered in 420/406. In between, the silent director also produces some paper where he has mentioned that the active director has borrowed 50 lakh from him and notarized the plane paper in later date when the active director was not in city. Now the active direct resigned and went for AB in lower court which got rejected. the main point of argument that the active director has issued some cheque for a 3rd party on behalf of company and that cheque got bounced AND another party is saying that its the active director nature to do this.
The active director move to high court and again the AB got rejected. Now what are our chances to go ahead? I need to hire some good criminal lawyer for this also.

Hello,
I selected in Border road org.(MoD) as a JE from SSC JE 2014 recruitment.
Now my medical test call on 15 Feb 2016 and most probably joining will come after 15 Days of medical, may expected to 1-5 March 2016.
But my sister marriage and mother operation of artherities in between March to april month.
So i want 2 Month extension from joining date.
Will they consider my joining extension application?
Please suggest me some solution.

Sir I made a car accident court given verdict ie a fine which I paid....after 3 yrs again opposite party filed a repetition in court. Which is not accepted by court till now almost 1 year has passed.....Sir I want to now the procedure how to compromise this matter in mediation court.....plz guide me

Sir I am booked 1 BHK flat in apartment in Bhusawal city. I paid 3,25,000 Rupees as 25% for booking. Now builder hassome legal complication with land owner. Land owner force court stay on it and construction is stopped.
Now builder did not looking in condition to complete it. Also he show me 1room kitchen plan insted of 1 BHK . So I decided to cancel booking and want my booking amount.But he did give any response to me.
I have only receipts of booking flat. I paid it amount through check.
Pls suggest me, what can I do?

can i give receipts to students in consideration of fees.

I resigned without serving the notice period. I took maternity leave of 3 months but wanted extension of 1 month. Extension was not approved so I resigned without serving notice perio as my 2 months old child was not in good health. Company denied relieving letter that time. I have resubmitted the request for relieving letter now. Please advice if I could take any legal action to obtain my relieving document.

A bank had filed a case against fraud of amounting 66 lacs , but the fir is done against the amount of 15 lac , our anticipatory bail has been rejected by both high court and session court. Accused has been arrested by police , and is in jail since 60 days , also our regular has been rejected by both high court and session court ,chargesheet is not filed yet , kindly tell me the procedure for getting bail ,is it a bailable offence , how much time it will take to get bail against it .kindly reply as soon as possible please, also tell what to do further to get finish the case early please help.
