I have joined a sole proprietorship. I have to give salary bifurcation . One of our employee is getting 35000/- per month and i gave following bifurcation.
Basic 50% = 17500
DA 10% = 3500
HRA 40% of basic + DA = 8400
Transport Allowance = 1600
Children Education Allowance = 200
Special Allowance = 3800
Actually I had bifurcate 35000/- as on random basis.
My question is whether this %age is correct or i have to follow some fixed %age if any recommended by Act....??

Hi,
We are married together for 1.2years. Am not happy with her from day 1. She has no problems from me but I don't like her behaviour or her mood swings or anything about her. I have tried to compromise but am not able to live with the fact that i am married to her. She isn't willing to get a divorce. But I am insisting. She has completed her BE in CS and can get very good job than mine. What are my chances of getting a divorce and what all am going to lose in wealth. Am from Bangalore, Karnataka

I have joined in railway on open completion exam after technical resignation. Which benefit I am entitled as per rule
In a Civil Suit, before commencing the trial in the lower court, issued are framed by whom ? By the judge of the concerned court, by the plaintiff lawyer or by the respondent lawyer ?
In the lower court, in a civil suit, the respondent filed an I.A. with the prayer to dismiss the plaint as res-judicata but the lower court passed an order saying that the suit is not res-judicata though the property is one and the same, the plaintiffs are different and the prayer sought in the plaint is different. The respondent took up the matter to the High Court and filed a CRP and the High Court too dismissed the CRP and upheld the suit filed in the lower court. Under these circumstances, the issued were framed in the lower court and one of the point in it is whether the suit is barred by the principal of res-judicata. It is confusing when the very same lower court has dismissed the IA saying that it is not res-judicata and the High Court too upheld the lower court’s decision, how come again the point is raised ? Can you please the learned lawyers elucidate ?
Thanks & Regards

I've filed private complaint against police officers for submitting closure report in collusion with accused who has done acts punishable u/s 377 ipc. Magistrate mentioned that sanction needed for prosecution of police officers. Should I apply for sanction from chief minister before i make sworn statement to court or after sworn statement. Because if I've to give evidence to sanctioning authority for criminal conspiracy by police officers, what's the means of evidence, whether a letter to sanctioning authority is sufficient.
How to get divorce?
Sir, I married a woman but we have many language and cultural problems. Due to this, a lot of misunderstanding is happening, she recently filed a case of maintenance and domestic violence against me & my mother. We have a baby boy as well of 2 years to whom I have never seen since she is living away from last 2 years. They are very stubborn and demanding 55 lakh for maintenance and just for your information, I do not even hv that much property. She do not even answer call or reply my message. Please support me how can I get divorce from her? I am scared she might commit suicide if she comes back, because she tried to commit suicide two times. And we just stayed together for 2 months.
