Seeking Expert's opinion in my Divorce case.
Details are as follows
Marriage date : Nov 2013
Type of Marriage : Love
Divorce filled by : Myself (Groom)
Divorce Basis : Physical Atrocity
Stage of Divorce Case : counselling done awaiting report
Any other Case filled by Wife : None till now
Condition for closure by mutual consent
: New Flat under her Name
Query:
My wife is still residing with me and my family (Mother and unmarried sister).My mother is a senior citizen and at times after filling divorce their has been verbal arguments between my wife and mother/sister where my wife has shown no respect for either of them though not using abusive language .To avoid any more confrontation which could affect my mother's health, i wish to understand how i could ask my wife to leave my flat as she has made this clear that she will not leave my home.no one talks to her.She prepare her own food.My lawyer has suggested me to go for NC and file application in court along with NC for her to leave my flat on my mothers medical ground and to avoid matter getting worst resulting into multiple cases.
Please advice best course of action which could compel my wife to leave my premise.

Mr A appoint an attorney to B for sign an agreement with purchaser C and receive amount for the agreement property and deposit or pay the receive amount to B. but Mr B (Attorney) did not pay or handover the receive amount to A that is receive from Purchaser. And now Mr A demanding the dues amount from Mr C. Kindly explain that who is liable to pay the dues amount to Mr A. And how far Mr C (Purchaser) is responsible for this matter.

I paid an amount of 50000 to land lord to buy a land and made an agreement called Baina Nama on 50 rupees judiciary stamp paper.
I want to know what happen if i will not buy the land?Will land lord return the amount?
And What is the validity of Baina Nama.

whether defendant can file application u/o 7 rule 11 for Rejection of plaint r/w section 9(A) with pray to framed preliminary issue and also file Written statement pray as dismissed suit with 25000/- cost.
court also charged 500/- cost for allow WS.
- i want to know defendant file
Ws & rejection appl. on same date, whether its possible ?
PLS guide, i am asking this query on plaintiff side
