Dear Sir,
I have registered my self on RTI portal to get the details related to my DAD LIC claim repudiation.
I need the proposal forms and Moral Hazard Report along with LIC Investigation report on the basis of which LIC has rejected the claim.
I am confused here as I do not know how to use it because I saw two thing at RTI online Portal. 1 - Submit Request, 2 - Submit First Appeal.
Sir, I want to know what option I have to go for all the details related to LIC policy 1 - Submit Request OR 2 - Submit First Appeal.
Please guide me. I would be thankful to you.

This happened to me on 13th jan 2016 when i was called to meet the managers( Regional manager Varun sharma and General manager Kishor sharma )
But before going any further I want to tell everyone that I belong to a lower class family and to support my family I joined kamath Natural Pvt.Ltd.(Natural Ice Cream Juhu Scheme ) on 15yh july 2014 .
I Want to share how some financially powerful managers abuse and bully their employees .
So on 13 jan 2016 in CP store my manager asked me if I know what should one has to do to become a manager .I told them that one has to possess every information about the store. They then proceeded and said that some theft has been taking place since some days. I told that sorry I have no knowledge about this . Then they started abusing me and asked me to write the names of some of my colleagues otherwise we will consider that you are the theif and will destroy your career and your future . Out of fear I wrote the names ( I know I should have acted strongly) .
Now on 14 jan 2016 they called me and my colleagues ( vikas , Prashant , and Roshan pandey ) again and locked us for 3 hours in CP store .
They abused us constantly and forced us to sign the resigning letter and threatened us that otherwise they will call the police , they have connections with them and with the help of money they will ask the police to lock us against theft charges .
Out of fear we all resigned . we have a complaint copy. but still no one is ready to lodge our FIR despite many rounds .
Today was the hearing at labour Commission there also we got the salary for 6 days only .
they are not ready to give any claim to us .
I want your support and any suggestions you want to give us regarding this case so we can take the appropriate actions

I have given my flat on L&L basis for 3 years to a Senior Citizen and the flat is on the first floor. The lady who lives on the ground floor below my house has started complaining that my tenants make noise by moving heavy furniture at 2am midnight and at 4am. She also claims that my tenants bang something loudly everyday. One day when the banging sound was coming, my tenants called the ground floor lady and asked her to come up and check if the noise was coming from their flat - But she refused to come and check and rudely said that I know it is coming from your house and I don't need to come and check. She claims they also throw garbage from the balcony which is not true. The garbage is thrown from the flats above which is happening from past 25 years (When I was staying in the flat). She had a problem from day one and she had also threatened them verbally that she will get them thrown out within a month. She has been harassing them from past three months and now she has written a letter to the society about the same. The society has sent me a notice that if this continues, the society will ask the tenants to vacate the flat. The society has sent this notice before doing any verification / investigation that if the allegations are TRUE or not. Later the Chairman and Secretary visited my house and observed that there are no heavy furniture which can be moved everyday. The society has not giving any written reply after the investigation. I would like to let you know that even if I ask these tenants to vacate - She will create problems for my new tenants as she is Not happy with the fact that I am earning rent from my flat. Kindly help me to know what steps that can be taken to resolve the issue as the tenants are Senior Citizens. My L&L agreement is Registered along with Police verification.

Need your advice on international credit card from dubai as i had to come on an emergency lost my job there so could not py the amount, i am not denying that i would pay, i need some time and settlement offer, dubai based bank is not ready to give a good settlement, moreover receiving harrasment calls from delhi saying that they are from crime and there is an warrant.when i found it it was spam a fake call, they keep harrassing i dont have a good job here how do i pay that anount, is there a way out

Hi sir,,we gave 2 rooms for lease 5 lacs they first paid one room lease of 3 lacs second room they paid partly 3 times.they now got new house near thier shop they shifted house and locked the doors and kept key with them they did not open for 6 months .since not giving key v cant show our house to other parties ,now the aggrement is over on feb 10 they now need full settlement 5 lacs.they also sent a lawyer notic to us to pay full amount.tenants told that if u wont pay amount u have to pay interst to us.they r arguing in front of house.v.e can pay only wen they giv keys so that v can show to parties.what is the solution sir please help

sir told tha t Since you have completed HS after your application of employment at both SER & ER, it will not be an issue.
It will be a crime if you had completed HS prior to your employment application and suppressed the same to your employer at the time of you submitting your job applicatiuon .can it problems. how I recover its.

Honble Madras HC in a WP ordered interim injunction on 30/10/2015 for not to pay road work bill amount of Rs.5.5 lakhsto a contractor until further orders.
Meanwhile the head of office BDO uploaded a data on the govt department website that the work was completed and paid 5.5 lakhs in voucher No.9 dt.12.1.2016 throuogh his login.
But actually that bill was not paid. He done for administrative target.
Now in this circumstances whether i can file contempt petition against BDO and district collector(respondents)
