I have paid EMI for 16 months against the home loan from DHFL. Now I have arranged money to repay the full outstanding amount for which I sent a mail to DHFL. DHFL has intimated me that I have to pay a fee of Rs 500 + service tax for foreclosure statement. When NHB has already directed the HFC'S not to charge for foreclosure how they are charging ? Moreover in the website of DHFL one can find a stipulation that 500 plus service tax is charged towards foreclosure. How can DHFL openly flout the guideline of NHB even after 5 years and display the charges in their website. During the last five years since the issue of guidelines by NHB so many borrowers must have been charged illegally and complain must have been lodged with the NHB. But no action seems to have been taken against DHFL. Please advise.

i borrowed money RS;30000{THEE LAKS} against executing a registered sale agreement of my land in 2013.,it was given by government to me in samathuvaburam thittam before 15 years. the lender is doing money lending business with high interest. i pay interest till last jun 2014 without any receipt[total interest paid amount;Rs280000]. now the lender filed specific performance suit. what is the remedy to me. i am ready to pay the dept in right manner. the witnesses in the agreement is also sub borrower of me. they are in fever of me.

i have a property in joint names of my wife and me. we together nominated our only son in the society in navi mumbai.my wife expired in 2012.i want my son to be owner of 50% share of my wife. society is asking for heirship certificate. lawyers asking for 75,000 court fees. am i supposed to pay that amount when there is no case between me and my son nor there is any claim from any corner. i dont have any heirs anywhere in the world. please help me as i am confused.

Honorable Sir/Madam.
One of my client is registered under Rajasthan Vat and import goods from Haryana and sold it to on E-1 to a client of UP. The commodity is vat exempt in Rajasthan.
My query is
Can my client issue “C” form to supplier of goods?
Is “C” form is mandatory in favor of my client from client from UP.

my grandmother(nani ji ) had inherited agricultural land from her father but died in 2012 without making a will she had two sons and two daughters all married before her death, can married daughter claim 25% share in the agricultural land of their mother. my nanaji also died before my nani ji without making any will.

I have a query regarding partnership act . What are consequences of death of a partner in a partnership of 5 people ? I hereby want to ask whether any written notice is required to be given by a partner to other partners intimating them of such change . Whether partners are legally bound to intimate registrar of such change in constitution ? and what is time limit ?

I was retired as Gr.B officer from a Central Govt. Organisation( more than 3 years) and getting pension.
I want to know if I take any commercial employment then will the Govt. stop my pension because every year while submitting life certificate I have to declare that I have not taken any commercial employment. Please give your valuable advice.

sir me and my husband staying in abroad for the last 6 yrs he used to send monthly savings to my account and we dont have children now we got some difference with my husband and especially with my sister in law my husband now went back to abroad and he is totally out of contact with me ,i told my husband the amount with me will keep in joint account but my husband want that money and get rid of me from his life ,now my husband is earning 3 lakhs per month ,i dont want to go for divorce ,shall i file for maintenance money and also domestic violence against my husband and there family members

To change birth date on leaving certificate
Plz let me know the whole process to change birth date on leaving certificate of primary school.
I have birth certificate with correct date but in all docs having wrong birth date.
Plz help me to resolve this issue asap.
