Sir, myself Govind A Patel and my Brother Harshad A Patel, residing at 3/A, Amarganga Society, Opp H P Petrol Pump, Jivrajpark, Vejalpur road, Ahmedabad would like to present the following complaint/representation on the above subject matter.
The 6.2 mtrs wide Internal Road of the our Society passing through Tenament No. 1-A, 2-A, 1-B, 2-B, 3-A, 4-A, but the Owner of Tenament No. 1-B Veljibhai V Patel and 2-B Tilakraj Deshraj Gandhi had erected a illegal Wall closing the 6.2 Mtrs. Wide Road along with the boundary line of Tenament No. 1/B & 2/B, thereby causing rain water blockage and hindrance to traffic flow from in and out of the Society & causing a lot of problem to me and other residence.
The illegal construction constructed by owner of Tenament No. 1-B, Shri Veljibhai V Patel & owner of Tenament No. 2-B, Shri Tilakraj Deshraj Gandhi has blocked/reached up my entrance gate which is in my view completely illegal, which causing lot of problem to me in daily routine of life. The visitors visiting the houses of above persons are parking their vehicles in front of the entrance of my house. Some times, I am not able to enter in my house too, because of the said nuisance of parking their vehicles at my Gate. Frequent, requests have been made to the above persons for removing/infringed the said illegal construction, but, despite of the fact, the wall has not been removed.
In view of the above, the constructions of wall as discussed hereinabove is illegal, as per the approved Layout Plan No. DRM/UAD/4174/2478 dated 02/04/1978, Survey No 552/2, Final Plot No._49_, T.P. No._2_, of the Society. It is therefore requested to remove the illegal construction and open the road for benefit of the entire Society members.
In this connection, it is to bring to kind notice that I alongwith my wife, my son, my daughter and my old mother leaves alone. Recently, I had undergone Bypass Surgery. Further, my wife is also suffering from hypertension. Due to our old age our health does not remains in good condition. Further, due to illegal Construction made my neighbourhood creates unnecessary tension to both of us and caused hardship, physically and mentally harassment.
The Owner of the Tenament No 2/B Mr Tilakraj D Gandhi��s son Nitin T Gandhi is a lawyer. Therefore, he had done several civil and criminal cases on us and other society members and the respected Chairman and Secretary too. By doing this, he is harassing all the members of the society and that way, he is being obstacle in the works of development of the society.
Kindly suggest us that where we have to approach for above mentioned problem in legal way to solve our problem.

Stage : preliminary issue framed on the instance of defendants.
Application moved by plaintiff u/s 73 of evi act to compare the signature of deceased plaintiff with that on other court records.
The said document is disputed by the deceased plaintiff in criminal proceedings stating it bears his forged signatures.
Experts pls guide I appear for the defendants.

Draft issues have been submitted and the Hon'ble Court has posted the matter for "SBPH".... What does the defendant need to do now?

hello, I have received a bank transfer before 1 year on behalf of cash given by me in another source without seeing the actualy sender. After one year, the sender comes to me asking for money back as the middle man didnt deliver what is agreed for. I have no proof for what that money has come from. He is saying as handloan and middle man said some fake promise to get the money. Now, only proof he have is money sent from his account to my account. Now What is the POINT i can use to be in safe side.

What will be the next procedure if a contractor find forged a govt officer signature and his office seal in several documents favoured to him? It is proved from RTI that no documents were prepared and released by the office or officer to such contractor.

I have filled Clerk grade exam form of Dept. Of Local Bodies in rajasthan but while during filling the form i am facing a problem that is..(E-mitra Payment Status Pending) but i have deposited fees through emitra portal and also have tokon No. Which is filled in the last stage of form but the last stage is not showing (Which is Register your Tokon No.) Then i call helpline number and email serval times but they will not give me proper reply and cut my call..afterthen i have filled another form.
But i want my previously filled form money. So How can i get my money.tell me your valuable suggestions please...

1.AFTER LODGED OF FIR IN SAME INCIDENT TWO TIME LOCAL COURT PASSED A ORDER TO DISPOSE THE SECOND FIR WHICH WAS DONE IN POLICE STATION.NOW POLICE SAYS TO WE HAVE TO PUT UP THE CHALLAN IN COURT AND WE ARE TAKING ADVISE TO OUR GOVERNMENT LAWYER AND THEY TOLD ME NOW WE WILL ADD MORE SECTION OF IPC IT IS POSSIBLE AFTER FIR WHICH HAVE TO DISPOSE OF IN THIS SITUATION CAN GOVERNMENT LAWYER ADVISE TO ADD MORE IPC SECTION IN THAT FIR WHICH HAVE TO AFTER LOCAL COURT ORDER DISPOSE OF I WANT TO AWARE THAT IN COURT ORDER WRITTEN EITHER POLICE DISPOSE THE FIR OR MERGE THIS FIR IN FIRST FIR IN WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY ON BAIL.CAN POLICE ADD OTHER SECTION AND ARREST ME AFTER BAIL.PLEASE GUIDE ME SIR

Old cheques reg
dear experts,
a old cheque given for the purpose of a loan to the company and loan also setteled long back but cheque not returned by the company nor asked by the party .after 7 years the company filed a case u/s 138 of N.I act alleging some interest is due with recent date.
i think in 2012 old cheques all are cancelled by the Reserve bank of india. can any experts give an advice on the above and giving the exact date of cancellation of the cheques. thanq in advance
