in a summary suit, i am for one of the defendant i.e. one partner of the partnership firm. The plaintiff has not made the partnership firm as a party to the summary suit. is the summons for judgment is liable to be dismissed ?
I wish to rent my shop in Udaipur for garment showroom for 9 years. should I ask for lease deed registered or a rent deed. I want the shop to be vacated after 9 years so what is the right option for me. Can I ask the tenant for 10% increase in rent every year and can I incorporate this in the rent note/lease deed.

The undersigned seek your expert advise on following issue urgently.
With reference to my earlier queries regarding overcharging of Non Occupancy Charges to the rented flat owners only.
1. During last Lease tenure of 11 month I have not paid extra charges to the society.
2. The Maintenance charges + 10% Non Occu.Charges have been paid every month till Jan 2016.
3. I have made new lease agreement with new tenant & submitted to the society duly registered and copy of police verification on 01.02.2016.
4. Yesterday on 03.02.2016 when my new tenant arrived with his family and all belongings the Society Committee Members disallow them to enter into my flat by giving reason that there is outstanding of the maintenance charges.
Sir I have paid basic maintenance charges + Non Occupancy charges @ 10% till Jan 2016 end. The dispute is only on extra charges under the head of 'ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES' only to the lease flats.
I seek your urgent advise to enable me to take appropriate steps in the matter. May I approach to the local police?

Dear Sir,
i booked a flat in May 2013, as per builder/agreement they suppose to complete it by Dec 2015 (with 6 months extension). Due to my financial condition and couple of flat owners were occupied their flat from July 2015, so i occupied in Sept 2015. now may around 40 flat owners have occupied the flat.
The builder is still constructing the compound wall, and other amenities, we yet to get electric meter, occupancy certificate, khata transfer etc.
my question is there are some internal repair works are yet to be done they are keep postponing (like one toilet wall tiles are wet from last 3 months it may due to quality of tiles), i have been asking to rectify it from last 3 months, they do not bother, and say will repair it.
Could you please advice how i can move, if they do not repair / sortout my internal issues. Many flat owners are facing same issues.

My mother has one brother, her father died in 2001 now her mother (my nani) is the owner of the land so can my mother ask for the property partition because as the supreme court say that the death before 2004, women have no right to ask for partition on her fathers property. So is she have the right on inherit property or not?
I own a property in the joint name of me and my ex-husband.He has signed the Deed of Admission accepting that the property belongs only to me and I have registered the document paying stamp duty and registration fees. Now the society is asking me to pay 50% transfer fee amount. They are considering this as normal sale case. Do I still need to pay transfer fees to the society to transfer the 50% shares in my name. Please help.

My mother booked a flat with a builder in Gurgaon in their upcoming township three years back. The builder had taken 40 % of the total payment within a period of around one year. Balance 60% was to be paid on offer of possession. As per the builder buyer agreement which was signed after five months of booking, the possession was to be given within 36 months from the signing of agreement.
On our request the builder had issued a letter that the possession shall be given within 24 months of booking, but the fact is that even after three years the work has still not been completed and is going to take another 12 months or so. In addition to this there are certain patches within the township which belong to the farmers and are under dispute, the things have not been executed as planned.
All this uncertainty and delay has put us to great tension and losses. Our plans have gone haywire and
We want our money back with damages and interest. Please advise

As a fresher I want ask few questions
1. Like in banking credit suit, When any due in telecom becomes time barred?
2. What are the conditions to be considered as time barred?
3. Can a telecom consumer ask for a verification certificate of an old dues?
