If issue of limitation not framed, can point of limitation be raised in arguments. If no what should i do.

AND 06 - FEB SHE IS FILE F.I.R AGAINST ME AND MY FAMILY 498A-34 IPC .....
SO PLEASE GIVE ME A WAY HOW TO SAFE ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS.FOR THIS CASE.

One flat was auctioned by Allahabad Bank for which I was declared the highest bidder. It was undestood that Allahabad Bank being a Financial Institution would have been auctioning the said property having a perfect and marketable title. However Allahabad Bank has auctioned the property having no perfect and marketable title as one Agreement for Sale of same flat was already registered by the defaulter prior to taking the loan from the said bank. As the Agreement for Sale is registered and as per terms & conditions of said agreement, the validity period of the agreement will automatically extend for the period till the possession of said is given to purchaser.
Allahabad Bank is not taking any cognizance of that registered Agreement for Sale. But the said purchaser based on registered agreement for sale may file case as the Bank cannot give clear title of the property.
May please advise on the validity of registered Agreement for Sale and authorisation of Bank to issue clear title of property.

Dear Experts - I m working in MNC as a Manager Accounts and Administrator , I have in depth knowledge in Company HR / IR / Taxattion and Accounts..
I have recently coplited LLB from Veer Narmad South Gujarat - Surat Unieversity.
I got good CTC but I want to start a Career in Law field as Management consultant/others. At present my age is 42.
Can you guide me can opted in a law field or continue in the current position.
What is the scope once enter full time in law field.

Dear Sir,
My father has filed case against my brother since he sold land of my father without his notice with an intension of cheating him.
Case has been filed 10 months back and 6 times case hearing happened I think.
In ecourt website I saw case status is await report for all 6 hearings.I am not sure wat does it means.also one of date is taking to another page which says PO is on training. I don't know what it means.
Can someone help in understanding status await report means. Also let me know if you knpw po is on training means

Dear Sir,
My father is having property and registration was done in 1984 in Kannada language which he doesn't understands.
Now he wants to make a will in his native where he owns few other properties. But due to language issue he is unable to make a will in his native.
Is there any way to get property documents in English ?
Moreover since property documents are very old even language translator are finding difficult to translate.
Another issue is his sons are against him and have bribed panchayat employees to not allow him to do any such activities.

In 2004 i have obtained injunction and decree passed for my self acquired properties againt my younger brother as he was demanding partion of it. In 2013 we 4 brothers and 3 sisters entered into mutual agreement(muchalika) in plain paper which stated that all of them will give their shares in fathers house to me ( parents passed away) in turn for which i should give each of them part of my agricultural land.It was secified that within 30 days it has to be registered.But due to differences that arose it wasnt registered and implemented . But my problem brother filed partition suit with the photocopy of the muchalika, (after which my village panchayat people cancelled and tore the muchalika agreement and it is with me.) in the district court demanding partition of my properties and fathers home. Trial has commenced but he instead of proving his status, filed amendment petition stating that if the court would decide that he is not eligible for the partion in my properties, the court should pass order to implement the muchalika. The court has allowed his petition. Shall i proceed with the case or obtain stay order in the sessions court or file revision CRP in high court.Pls answer me

mera return timely deposit hai uske baad bhi mujhe ek notice received hua tha return submit nhi hai ka jiska jawab maine department ko de diya tha uske baad bhi mujhe ex-party order u/s 54(1)(1b) mila hai is related jb main Asstt commissioner se mila to unhone mujhse kaha ki u/s 31 me application dene ko .... So plz u/s 31 me kya application dena hai mujhe suggest kre agar iska format ho to plz provide karaye...
