I want to seek advise advise about letter petition. Is affidavit necessary in it, what should a laymen do when his affidavit is refused to be attested by oath stating absence of lawyer. Do such petition can be submitted by hand or are required to be send through post only.

Hi Sir/Madam,
I am vijay kumar. How to cancel gift deed. Actually my grandfather(father side) gifted to my mother through partition. she gifted her share to my father in may 2007. But unfortunately my father sold to someone as sale deed (as my father thinks it is GP) in December 2007, within a month my father filed case against him as he submitted false document in register office as sale deed . In this circumstances we lost case in 2013 and he took the property with another survey no of my relatives as he don't know the property where it has. And now in January 2016 he approached taluk office to survey his correct survey no. Is there any right my mother has to cancel my fathers gift deed?
my mother taken education loan in 2004 in favour of my brother that case also went to court in 2011 and bank has my mother's passbooks. if bank auction my land what will happened?
who has exact rights on land bank(in 2004), my father(in 2007), or the one who brought my land(in 2007)?

How i can diamiss the case based on juridiction. My wife filed maintenancr case but she mentioned that she asked for money and i rejected her demand at her home. I was not at her home and that proof i have with me. How to proceed pl advice

sir my name is krishna, my father is an ex-andhra bank employee, expired on 2001 january, at that moment iam a minor of 16 years, thats why iam not eligible for his job, they are ready to give that job to my mother but she is an illiterate and not accepted to do the job, finally in 2003 june when iam 18 i applied for that job and my appointment was rejected for the reason that as per the banking rules at that moment compassionate appointments were shelved and a new scheme of ex-gratia was inttoduced and replaced.later i applied for ex-gratia also, but a letter regarding we are not eligible as per their norms. iam fighting from these 15 years,for my father job.........sir so, please kindly give me any suggestion to go through court to move further......do i have any chance now to get my father job or not......thanking your sir,.....

Reserved judgement in Chandigarh high court
Dear experts,
I had a Maintenance case (CRR) under DV interim maintenance, against me in Chandigarh high court, which was finalised on 11 Feb 2016. Judgement got reserved. I would like to know , in how many days the final order can be seen online?
I am expecting order in my favour.
