I was employed on probation for 2 years as jail warden
Jail department terminated me on the short ground that i remained absent from duty for 1year 2 months and on that basis they formed opinion that my conduct is not satisfactory and via Rule 10 of Punjab jail department services(Class 3 executive) Rules 1963
Before passing this order the dept has send a notice to report for duty immediately and i have replied on back of notice that i will come on duty when i will be fine as i was ill and was having back pain
Medical certificate of doctor i have given which shows that i have been recommended for rest in that time
but dept ignore those certificates
No enquiry was held
No chargesheet was served
Genuineness of medical certificates was not suspected at any time
so what are the chances of allowing writ petition in high court as my appeal was rejected and now i want to reinstate in service

Res Sir,
I book one flat in 2013. I have paid 85% of the agreement value. As delay in possession I held 10% payment. Now builder asks to pay remaining 15 percent payment before possession, and then after 15 days they will handover finished flat. Whether its regular policy or not. According my knowledge after finishing all the work last payment is to be paid.
My second question is at the time of agreement builder asks for one year maintenance at 2Rs per square feet, But now he is asking for 2 years maintenance in advance in which second year maintenance isis at Rs 3 per square feet.Which I feel much heavy.
So please what I can do in this case?

Hi Experts,
I need your valuable advice on the below issue.Please help me out as we are confused.
My cousin married in 2007.It was an arranged marriage & performed as per hindu rituals.spent married life foe 5 yrs, no child was born. consulted doctors but found that her husband has asthenospermia, but my cousin recently with some illness found that she has mysthenia Disease was discovered in 2009 treatment was taken and she got thymactomy surgery and now she is doing good with her health, by keeping the same reason her husband and his family tourcher her to give permission for second marriage, which she not agreed so by telling some reason she was sent back to her parents home, now case ispending as her husband filed nullification of marriage in 2012 and he got sec marriage in 2015, my cousin has filed case against him but still awaiting for final result as there is no judge in the court wre she had filed bigamy against her husband
kindly advice what she must do to

Dear sir,
someone chiting in propety and take case 75000. and make a agrreement this related property. after agreement i know this property is not with his name. so I load case 420 in court and court sent this case to police station to register. police register this case sec 420/323/504 S.I also close our investigation but after 2 month the accused not arrest and nor applied for any bail in court he live free also come my home with their relatives and therating me and said i manage the all police so you did not do any thing. so please suggest me what i do how can i send summon or arrest warnt to him. any procedure in law. he is property dealer and powerfull his link is also to senier police officer.he also stated i earase the section 420 in supervison.then sir i want to know.. 1)can he remove 420 2)can he bail from high court directely. what i do pls help me sir.

Encashmentof earned leave/adjustment in lieu of notice period: Issue Related To encashment of my unused 25 earned leave : URGENT Help Required Hi, I resigned from my company in the month of Oct 15 by giving a notice period of 1week my resignation wa accepted and i was relived on 21 st oct as requested smoothly by proper handing taking over of the charge & got releiving letter to collect the f& F in the last week of November 15.
Now they are not releasing my F& F settlement & other dues ( superannuation,Gratuity)
After so many communication with Hr recently i have been intimated by mail that
1. Their would a deduction for short notice (24days)
2. unused leave will neither be encashed nor adjusted in lieu of short notice .
In Case I Protest Please Suggest What I Can Do Here. 1> Am I entitle for encashment of unused earned leave Legally 2> What Can I Do for delay in payment of my dues . PS: Please Help Me. Thanks,Anil

I'm a member of Group Medi claim policy taken by my employer from National Insurance Co.Ltd.The sum assured w.r.t me is Rs.2 lacs.(b) In July,2015 I was operated for Cataract surgery( left eye) at Centre for Eyesight, Roop Netralaya,Meerut,by Dr.Roop,M.D(Opthal)AIIMS Delhi.Regd.no.5095. This surgery was done by Femto procedure & while processing my claim Genins India TPA Ltd.has deducted Rs. 47,500 & stated that as per Insurance Co.instructions Femto procedure charges are not payable.I have lodged a complaint to Grievance cell,Divisional office, Dehradun,stating that in the Mediclaim policy issued to the employer there are no maximum limit of reimbursement/payment of treatment of eye surgery & it is not mentioned anywhere that the charges regarding the payment of the procedure of Femtosecond laser for the removal of the Cataract will not be allowed/not be claimable.Please advise.R.Dayal

Dear Sir,
I am working in manufacturing company, now yesterday i have received a warranty certificate for 10 years of some material from our client.
Is this a valid document ? because the period of warranty is 10 years, hence asking and the warranty given on letter head.
if this is not a valid document then what should i do?
