Dear Experts,
An urgent query please, so need some help. I was a Director of a small Pvt Ltd company which I resigned from more than an year back. The company had taken a loan from an investor 3 years back which I had signed as the representative of the company.
The directors who took over from me have defaulted on the payment of this debt (after I had left). Now the investor has filed a case for recovery and has mentioned my name along with the existing Directors and the court has served a summon.
What should I do now? My designation has been mentioned as "Director" in the notice even though I have nothing to do with the company for more than an year. The default also occurred 5 months after I had left. How do I communicate this to the court that there's no reason for me to be put in that list since I'm not an existing Director?

Dear Sir(s),
i filed the petition for recall the warrant issued in ex party order of maitenance case under section 125. as i already filed revision and my revision is accepted and principal judge ordered to serve notice to party.
in such circumstances, family court issued warrant and rejected my recall petition.family court mentioned that husband was aware about the maintenace case and he is not paying maintenance. as i am out of state as case is in Bihar and i am in west bengal.
kindly suggest :-
1.where i have to go to saty the warrant ?
2. where i have to go for giving opportunity to my revision petion aganist ex party order ?

My uncle has purchased a residential land. That land was allowed to seller on installments under the scheme of homes to "Ashraya heen" by Government. He sold it to my uncle, he paid all the installments to the government against this land and gave receipts of installments to my uncle.
Is it safe to purchase this property ? Can my uncle sell this property to any other person?
Please suggest.

(2) In a review petition new grounds can be added?

i have files a recovery suit of 1.25crore with a company,
the single judge passed an order to deposit the entire amount,
defendent went for appeal and divisional bench gave them some relief by asking them to deposit part amount immediately and balance after we have supplied the test reports, but the bench never clarified that what if the the test reports are not provided,
though we are not in a position to supply the test reports as they are no longer available with our supplier we want them to deposit more amount if not complete,
since out of the two judge one has retired can speaking to the minutes be still done?
can notice of motion/chamber summon be filed with the bench and fresh orders be obtained from the bench
as the single judge cannot overrule the bench,

If me and my wife want to stay away from each other on a mutual understanding,who will have the right of keep our 4 years old son.Our marriage is not working properly and we want be live separately for few months.If it works well,we can rethink reunite at later stage.

We have applied before Directorate of Industries West Bengal RC Part 1 for Subsidy under WBSSIS 2013 In the name of Allflex Plastics LLP. The Land is Mutated in the name of One Partner and The Department want to Land Should be Mutated in the Name of Company itself.
My Query is that can we eligible for subsidy benefit and what is the way out to take a benefit of subsidy, by the way of without Land Mutated in the name of LLP

We own 200Sq yards Plot in Hyderabad which is purchased from a developer and has ULC Urban Land Ceiling Clearance. Our plot comes under Municipality under GHMC. Can anyone confirm whether i need to apply for LRS, or not. I own my plot near Gajularamaram Village, Qutubullapur Mandal and Municipality Hyderabad Telangana
