From last two years ,I was single but from last 6 months I got into a relationship with an army man. And my boyfriend is ready to sell vedios and photographs to my husband, my boyfriend cheated me.He got vedios, that can prove me characterless. I have no idea. What will happen to my cases now, please tell :
1) What will happen to my divorce case
2) What will happen to my maintainance
3) Will I get alimony from my husband
4) Would it be possible to prove that vedios and photographs wrong

Sir, Is non disclosure of pending criminal case at the time of appointment lead to termination of government or banking sector?? I want to ask this question becasue now a days so many innocent people are falsely included in cases due to political or financial influences especially in Marriage related issues. What is the stand of our courts regarding this??

Upper floor and ground floor owned by different persons
Dear All,
We are living in an old house, in which a room is having an upper floor, which is owned by another person due to partition among previous owners(brothers).
We are not having any way to go to that upper floor, there is Wooden roof separating the our room and upper floor belongs to different owner.
Now that wooden roof is about to fall down.
But the owner of that upper floor is planning to repair it, but that may cause damage to our home walls.
Please suggest the remedy......
