Sir,
we are do if a wrongly said that my father which is 58 yr old while shouting her they are abuse me and when we proove that by audio clip that my father not touch her and than she change statement that, if future my father will do so ?
now how to treat this girl in from t of police in police station.

I ordered book in Amazon online shopping. But I received the another book. It mismatched with that book.I returned the book. But they didn't pickup my book. They told me to send the book myself. I complained lots of time with phonecalls and emails. But they told me doesn't find your address? But they delivered the book in that address. How to claim my order? How to book my case? Is this case belongs to consumer court? Please Guide me.

I have given my flat on L&L basis for 3 years to a Senior Citizen and the flat is on the first floor. The lady who lives on the ground floor below my house has started complaining that my tenants make noise by moving heavy furniture at 2am midnight and at 4am. She also claims that my tenants bang something loudly everyday. One day when the banging sound was coming, my tenants called the ground floor lady and asked her to come up and check if the noise was coming from their flat - But she refused to come and check and rudely said that I know it is coming from your house and I don't need to come and check. She claims they also throw garbage from the balcony which is not true. The garbage is thrown from the flats above which is happening from past 25 years (When I was staying in the flat). She had a problem from day one and she had also threatened them verbally that she will get them thrown out within a month. She has been harassing them from past three months and now she has written a letter to the society about the same. The society has sent me a notice that if this continues, the society will ask the tenants to vacate the flat. The society has sent this notice before doing any verification / investigation that if the allegations are TRUE or not. Later the Chairman and Secretary visited my house and observed that there are no heavy furniture which can be moved everyday. The society has not giving any written reply after the investigation. I would like to let you know that even if I ask these tenants to vacate - She will create problems for my new tenants as she is Not happy with the fact that I am earning rent from my flat. Kindly help me to know what steps that can be taken to resolve the issue as the tenants are Senior Citizens. My L&L agreement is Registered along with Police verification.

Sir i have borrowed a sum of amount 50000
from my relatives.
For a proof he asked me to write a matter on
a plain paper , that you have borrowed
rupees from me and you will repay me on so an so date.
And fix the one rupee stamp and signed on it by me.
What he said i have done it.
But due to my financial problem i am unable to pay the amt on time.
I need more time.
Now he is threatening me that if you wont give the money on time i will give the police complaint an file a case against you.
Sir plz... suggest me.

Hi i have a account at indian bank.i cashed a cheque that a person gave me and received money after 6 days.Then i took money from bank account after two days.Few days later the bank manager called me and asked me to give the money back because the cheque bounced. i told him i have to consult my lawyer.he then threatened me that he will cancel all my fixed deposits and make my balance to negative amount.after two days i got message for transactions showing he debited money after cancelling my fixed deposit. he told me that it is within his rights to do so. i got no notice from him.Is it within his rights to do so?. i have original bonds with me.Should i take this issue to court?.

Senior person working in a government organisation was absent for one week, his clerk marked his attendance. Person returned and being authorised to, verified the signatures and claimed full salary. We took photo copy of signatures and prepared a report from renowned hand writing expert. The report claims that it were not his signatures. Under what section he can be booked and what punishment can be given to him? Can he be suspended for forging with government?

Which doc. required at the time of possession of a new flat
Dear all,
I need your help. we have booked a home in RAJ Nagar, Ghaziabad and paid all the amount to builder. there is some delay in possession from builder side.
Could you please provide me list of documents I need to get from Builder during my possession of flat?
Also what are the checklist Items one should have before taking possession of ones flat from Builder.
