Dear sir,my just neighbor start fabrication iron factory.its makes noise.noise pollution makes me and my family disturb.i am only one family who live near iron factory.

sir i am working as postal assistant in postal department. I have taken 2 days casual leave from postmaster as i have met accident and after 2 days i have send 20 days leave extension application with medical certificate directly to supdt of posts as registered post in time. But the rejeceted my application of leave and returned as "you have to send this to post master of head office". Is correct sir ? leave extension application whom to send sir ? my leave sanctioning athority is supdt of posts only not post master. Please help me what to do sir?

Hi
I had been working on the IT firm for 5 months but company had some internal project problems so that they are not credited my salary on time salary had always be delayed for one or two months so i was resign that company without serving notice period because my notice period was three months and my two months salary still not credited in my account.

Hello sir
My wife had been living with her parents for last 4.5 years and 2 month back we had a meeting with her elders and our elders participation.we decided to take mutual consent divorce.now we are asking them for first motion and they are saying that they have filled dowry case on us and it was filled before meeting.but we did not receive any notice ,no phone call from police station till date. I have two queries...
1)Can dowry case be withdrawn by my wife?..
2)Now how to resolve this issue? kindly suggest....
3) should we start first motion and give them first cheque of settlement amount?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Mrs "A" has present address is (sasural) in Odisha and permanent address is in Bihar and recently an occurrence happened in her Bihar address that some known people did docaity and robbery of RS 5:lakh including gold silver ornaments in her closed house of Bihar and FIR not taken by Police and same hss been sent via speed post and copy to SP and same has been delivered but no one taken any legal action or investigation and nor arrest done against accused people as well house is occupay forcefully and threaten life kill if we enter my house.
so low let me know what have to do next against accused people. can I FIR or file case in my present address? it is legally acceptable.
And requesting to all of you please guide me and advice with your legal advice at earliest.
