How to take a birth certificate after 46 years.

Good Morning Sir/Madam,

My Mother(plaintiff) filed a civil case in the year 1999 for declaration of suit property. The case got ex-partee decree in the year 2001 in my mother's favor as the defendants did not appear in the court for trial.

The defendants requested the Hon'ble court for retrial of case, the court refused. The defendants went to High Court and requested for retrial by setting aside the ex-partee decree. The Hon'ble High Court set aside the ex-partee decree and sent the case for lower court for retrial. Now the status of case is for cross examination we have submitted all our evidence in the Hon'ble court and some got marked by the Hon'ble Judge.

Now the problem is the defendants challenges us to submit the Birth Certificate of mother(plaintiff) in the court. My mother born in home in the year 1970. The parent of my mother did not made any birth registration with local government (Municipality). My mother studied in the local Government School upto 7th class (Passed) and discontinued while studying in 8th class. My Mother has the Transfer Certificate given by the government school in which her date of birth and father name is mentioned.

Q: How to take a birth certificate on the basis of Transfer Certificate issued by the Government School?

Expecting early reply,

Thank you Sir/Madam.

selling of individual share of undivided property

My uncle(bachelor) jointly owns a property with his younger brother(married and has a daughter). This undivided property is not an ancestral property. My uncle wants to sell his share of the undivided property to another person. Mutation has been done. The property area has been equally divided in the register of BLRO. Can my uncle sell his share without taking any consent of his younger brother. Or is it necessary to take his younger brother's consent. Because his younger brother will not let him sell the property as he wants occupy the whole property. Furthermore this property was bought in their name when they were students. Anyone else's names though is not mentioned here as a co-shareholder.

I have talked to publisher, he is ready to may the royalty in the name of my father. Will giving my name as Author will violate the cda rules or not ? I want my name to be there so chances of putting another name is ruled out.

Airmen of iaf can get job as per air force order 04/2012

Indian Air Force has made Air Force Order No. 04/2012 which tells that Airmen (Jawan) can apply for Group "A" job (GP-5400 & above) only after completion of 7 years of service.Airmen are placed in Group 'C' of grade Pay 1900 to 2800, JCOs comes under GP 'B' 4200 to 4800.It is not possible for everyone to become JCO So most of the airmen are in the rank of Sgts(Havildar) only. My question is why Jawans can not apply for Gp-B. Gp-B is also higher grade and that also gives career progression. It is a fundamental right of indian citizen to upgrade himself as per my opinion. Many writs have also made before the Hble Supreme Court/High Courts but all are in vein. The writs were for leaving the service after getting selected in Gp-B jobs. Most of the decisions are not favourable. Can you suggest me what can be now done against this AFO; I feel that this AFO is not as per the constitution. It stops our constitutional rights.
