Dear Expert,
My case is related to ante dating of promotion of scientist post under FCS. I won the case in CAT and HC Delhi dismissed the WP(c) file by UOI. The Govt. after partial implementation of the CAT order and payment of partial amount, have filed SLP(Civil) CC in SC. A copy of the SLP is sent to me because I had filed a caveat. The SLP was file after elapse of 571 days since the order of HC Delhi. Should I file Reply to SLP before its first listing or simply I should appear on listing date with proper preparation. Kindly help with suitable and proper reply.

What will be the court fees to be paid at Dindoshi Court Bombay for a civil Suit in a property partition case for Rs.11 lacs rights ? - Regards.

Dear Sir,
Our society has 260 flats and 18 shops.
One of the shop owner has sub-let his shop for 3 or 4 months without obtaining permission from society.
On enquiry he informed the society orally that he started a mango business on partnership which is temporary. He states that he is using his shop and the shop items is somebody else's and that he has not sub-let or not given the shop on leave & licence. He has not submitted anything in writing to the society.
Society bye-law is silent in this matter.
Please therefore clarify if this amounts to sub-letting of shop though on parnership. Can the society claim that the shopw owner (our member) is cheating the society and charge non-occupancy charges.

we are two brothers and three sisters
My Father bought property long back and made Registered WILL as well. In the WILL he mentioned name of all Brothers-Sisters and declared that sisters settled by me and giving my property to my two sons.
Can Sister claim for this property basis their current condition.
How can we transfer the property in our name. what are the chances of dispute. Parents are not alive

one girl who was in live in relation with her boyfriend ignored to marry at last. and now she is married from past 2 years. Her boyfriend now is troubling her husband sending him mails and her pics that were clicked past with boyfriend. her marrital life is so getting disturbed. She has hired a lawyer now to deal with the case. Please let me know what are the sections in criminal laws and cyber laws that can protect her from ill will of her past boyfriend and her married life now.

i'm a defendant a civil suit.
plaintiff filed a civil suit Declaration & permanent injunction
1. plaint application u/o 39 R 1-2 CPC Dismissed by trail court.
2. plaint filed u/o XLIII SUB-RULE (I) (r)
impugned order in Distt Court, Senior Judge Allowed the Application on basis of Local Commissioner Report, without given any opportunity filling objection of LC Report (IMPORTANT Senior Judge passed the order after D.O.H - LC APPOINT BY COURT & SAME DAY EXAMINATION THE SUBJECT PREMISES WITHOUT PRESENT DEFENDANT AND MY LAWYER, REPORT FILED BY LC FEVOUR OF PLAINT,
Senior Judge not given any opportunity file the objection against LC Report.
S.J Same allowed the application and same disposed off.
2nd important before one day of LC Examination Two Locks Hang In Main Gate

My brother met RTA on 9th march 2016. He had a severe head injury, bleeding in ear and heavy blood lose and became unconsiousness. We took him to a private hospital in vellore, tamilnadu. In that hospital, they checked only pulse and blood pressure and told to put a chart. We admitted him at 7.00 pm. From 7.00 pm to 11.00pm they did't gave any treatment to him. He had a continues bleeding in ear and head. We request the doctors to take immediate treatment for bleeding they told that the blood will stop automatically but bleeding did't stopped. Finally at 11.00 pm they gave discharge summary that he had blood clot in brain but due to unavailability of bed in hospital we discharged him. Also told that he did't had any problem so take him to home. when he gets conscious check there is any deficiency in sight or vomiting sensation take and admit him. There is no problem for him. But my neighbours advised that he had blood clot in brain so dont waste time immediately take him to any other hospitals. So we took him to private hospital in chennai. They took him to emergency room and took all scans and told to admit him in ICU for 5 days. Also told that u bring him at correct time if u took him late he bacame die. We shocked to hear that word. if we bring him to home as advised by doctors of private hospital, vellore what is his position. Hereafter no one wont affect as like my brother. So i decided to take necessary and severe action on that private hospital-vellore. Please advice me where to complaint about this irresponsible treatment of that hospital?. There is any state or central govt. board to complaint against private hospitals.? Any other ways to take action. Please advice me.....

Right act for apartment association registration in bangalore
Hey Guys,
I was reading online and there are 2 Acts suggested to register an Apartment's Association in Bangalore, namely
1. The Karnataka Societies Registration Act 1960 (KSRA)
2. Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 (KAOA)
Reading through the details, it seems KAOA is the right Act, but some blogs are saying its difficult to register under the same.

Our committee has ended up registering under KSRA, but as it does not seem right, I wanted to know what could be the implications of this move? Though I do not have data, but I feel this might hurt us in long run. Can someone please put some light on this?
