My uncle has built a house before he passed away in 2007. This is a ground+2 construction and it is entirely out of his own earnings. He has left behind wife and two sons. Elder son has a major son and younger has a minor son as on date. They want to distribute the property(house) now and go for a partition deed. The house has a ground floor and then a duplex type construction for first & second floors. Please clarify the legal position and answer the following queries:
1. How many partitions shall be made & in what ratio? Should the partition deed be registered or not necessary?
2. What are the roles of major grandson and minor grandson in the transaction? Should they sign the document?

Sir/Madam,
Fresh suit is yet to be file on same cause of action.
In a earlier civil suit on application to withdrawal of the suit with liberty to file fresh suit on the same cause of action, Defendant took objection of abatement & opposed withdrawal but court did not decide the objection of abatement & allowed the withdrawal of suit with liberty to file fresh suit on the same cause of action.
In this case whether objection of abatement if taken again by Defendant in fresh suit will hit by principle of res judicata by reason of Explanation IV to section 11?

I AM OWNER OF AGRICULTURE LAND WHICH WAS I PURCHASE IN YEAR 2003, SINCE I AM REAL AND ACTUAL POSSEOR OF THAT LAND, MY NAME ADDED IN REVENUE RECORD, BUT IN YEAR 2012, THE LAND IS SECOND TIME SALE, AND RAGISTERD SALE, BY THAT FARMER, NOW I WANT TO FILE A SUIT FOR CANCELLATION SUIT FOR SALE DEED WHICH IS IN YEAR 2012, NOW QUASTION IS FOR LIMITATION [3] YEARS ALL READY PASSED, SO CAN I FILE SUIT? OR ANY OTHER LEAGLE REAMECDY?

Sir I would like to know whether a central govt employee can change his reserved category from general to pwd after joining if he has not opted pwd category while appointment selected in gen category. However he is pwd. Thanks

In Murder case ,13 people nominated in FIR report, police arrested 8 people & sent to jail. The rest have fled.
In the above 8 people , 3 people are innocent. He were not there that day of the killings. These 3 people were in another village.
Please tell how those three criminal should be out of the hair & police charge sheet .
100 became the guilty offender,but 3 people became guilty guiltless who misuses. Pl. suggest…..

मर्डर केस मे 13 लोगो का नामजद रिपोर्ट है , उसमे से 8 को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है । बाकी फरार है।
जिन लोगो को गिरफ्तार किया गया है उसमे से 3 लोग मौका वारदात के दिन वहाँ पर थे ही नहीं। वे अन्य गाँव मे थे । कृपया बताए की कैसे उन तीनों को आपराधिक केश से बाहर किया जाये।
100 अपराधी छूट जाए पर 3 बेगुनाह अपराधी न बने ।

Hi im born christain bt nw converted to hindu im in love wit my mother's sister's son (his father is not realtive to us) he was hindu and nw converted to christain.our parents are against us since 5yrs the problem continous.after facing my problem we did register marriage it comes us hindu marriage..even then the priblem is the same if our parents appeal to court this marriage will b a void,i understand.but nw we r in the idea of converting to muslism.tis is the last chance for us to live.else shld definitely sucide.i cnt live witout him!pls anyone reply

Complaint against inspector and d.c.p. for improper investigation
My wife was indulged in prostitution and on uncovering this fact, she left her in laws house and gave a complaint to CAW Cell Delhi in 2003. An affidavit was given to the sub-inspector giving the names and addresses of customers of my wife detailing all the facts of prostitution. Inspector took a big amount from my wife for registering F.I.R. and got ordered registration of F.I.R. by additional D.C.P. Case u/s 498A is going on since 2003. Now, I got solid proofs, some blue films and photographs of my wife, proving her a prostitute. Whether a case against inspector and additional D.C.P. be registered for registering a F.I.R. without proper investigation?
