I have a flat in Ulhasnagar on the top floor of a building where there is rain water seepage and during rains the water just drips from the ceiling. The society is not ready to listen.
It is not a co-operative society. Where can I complain. Can I go to a consumer forum against the society.
They also charge maintenance charges flat area wise. Is it permissible.

This is in relation to stamp duty paid on flat and the agreement not been registered in Mumbai
Breif
My father has purchased flat from the 1st owner (there is 2 page sale agreement between 1st owner and builder, executed in 1981/82 and this agreement is not stamped and also not registered, as far as my knowledge, the stamp duty is applicable from 10.12.1985 and the buyers are registered flat only in case of any financial assistance taken from Bank) in Aug-1986.
The total agreement value approx. 1.38 lacs and stamp duty paid approx. 13000/-, but I am unable to locate document related to registration. In nut shell, I presume that the document is not registered by my father due to lack of knowledge.
Query
1. Is there is way out to locate registration details, if my father has registered agreement
2. If not, if we are going to register agreement today, whether stamp duty is applicable on current valuation of flat as per ready reckoner
3. If yes, pl suggest way forward to prevent to pay additional stamp duty on the current valuation, as this would be additional burden on us

we are done compromise decree for our agricultural land property in 10.04.1981 now after 35 years 01.04.2016 the plaintiff suit in court on the ground that the compromise decree was done within 15 days notice(i.e. done fastly that time )
Is there any limitation period in case of compromise decree .
& what grounds they have challange to compromise decree
please suggest case laws in favour of they have not challenge to compromise decree & there appeal dimissed.

Dear sir, I would like to share my case here. I got an offer from one of the mnc in india .I cleard all the rounds and got the offer latter. Meanwhlile they send me a link where i uploded my all the previous emloyment details. 20-15 days before the joining. I served my notice prioed and at the time of joining in new orgnization they not allow me to join it becuse of dule employment issue in my 2nd previouse orgnization 5 yrs ago.They told me to get it correct .. (Atucall case not was the dule emloyment just the early joining only in documents i was not worked on that day)... So how i arranged the confirmation over mail that doj is xxxxxxxx corrected date. But they are still forcing me to arrange the documents. But as per my old company changing in old record is not possible. And currunt company will verify it with 3rd party vendor KPMG. So my pointe is no one has chacked the uploded documents. Before joining and aksed me the Q? No I unemploied waiting for new company's confirmation. Can you suggest me what can i do in this case. Am I aligable to fire a legal case on company.

A web developer not completed the task and not refunding the advance money
Dear Sir
I need your advice in following case:
I had approached a web developer on 21st Feb 2016 for getting a website developed. I paid him 5000rs advance on 21st feb itself. He told me that he will hand over me the project within 15-20 days ( only verbally i dont' have any documents to support this except my friends who were present there while we were discussing) . Even after 45 days when he didn't complete my website I gave him further 7 days time line and told him that if he doesn't complete the task within these 7 days I will take my project back from him. When he didn't complete I asked him to return the advance money that I had paid but instead of returning the money he is accusing of false baseless alegations that I have stolen his code and that he will complain to cyber cell and will take hisrest of the money.
His allegations are totally false and baseless. Due to his not completing my task I have lost my precious 45 days ,beside this I had planned to market my website and had given order for flacks, pamphlets ,cards. etc. I am incurring heavy lossess .
He is not a registered web developer and doesnt pay any type of tax to govt.
Pleas help me how can I get my money back and compensate my loss.
