Muslim property distribution

1. Can a person deny his property share to his disobedient son and make a will/gift of his property to only daughters , whethet this can be accepted by court of law ?


2. In muslim law can a person sell ancestral property without consent of successor as he can do with self acquire property

Love marriage

I have done love marriage. But before we tried to register the marriage in pudukottai district. We take help from a friend. Given all doc. Related to register marriage. He told that he will do all. Don't required yo come to office too. He gave certificate. I believed that. After marriage in temple. My wife father gave complaint about us. We gave the marriage certificate. But they enquired that was not original. My father-in-law gave complaint. They transfer case to crime branch. We don't know what to do. We thapght that original. But we fooled. What to do.

my share in father's property

My father holds 3.25 agricultural land and one plot in city. We are two brothers and one sister. All are unmarried. My father has kept all property with himself. Agricultural land is ancestral and plot is self made. He is not giving me share and harassing me. How can I take my share from him by filling case. Land is another city and living in another. In which court shall I apply

I had joined railway service as CMA GR-I on 29-06-2000. ( scale 5500- 9000). I got promotion as CMS GR-II on 27/02/2008. ( scale 6500-10500 ) . When I will get my MACP.

Seniors cant be paid more than juniors

My father retired in 2011 from government institution. In 2016 he has requested the government to step up the pay at par with his junoir. If government does not comply can he file a writ?

Guardian can sold minor property

My Question is that Can a Guardian sold the Minor property without prior permission of the court. Now Minor attaining major Can she get her share of property which is sold by the guardian.
Leaving behind the guardian and one minor child having her share of land Acres 1.16 gts and guardian having Ac. 1.17 gts with other's sold the whole property of Ac4.29gts in 1994 minor having the age of 15year. on behalf of the minor guardian with other's whole property sold and registered. Now MRO called for objection becasue of that in Revenue records shows still their names & Share of Lands. Purchaser can not rounded off the names in revenue records. MRO called for objections. can minor get her share of property now. and the registration of the property cancelled or not.

My father retired from govt Institution in 2011. He thinks that his junior was paid more than him.

One month back we filed the matter to govt institution in 2016.

Can he go to court if government institution does not oblige?
