Agreement to sell

I bought a flat for 15 lakh in 2015, July when the market value of the flat was approx. 40 lakh, but owing to a prior understanding with owner, the flat was agreed to be sold to be at 15 lakh vide an agreement to sell. Now a change of mind has occurred with owner and he wishes o extort more money from me despite a written agreement to sell. According to agreement I was to pay 15 lakh total through bank account (full and final) which I have already done 6 months back but the owner has not yet agreed for sale deed/mutual transfer (as the owner does not have a conveyance deed as yet). What remedies do I have as no time was stipulated in agreement for sale deed.

Please reply

Dear Sir, I had worked in a company during 2008-10.During that period,at the expense of the company,I had studied MBA with the condition that upon my resignation within 5 years,I would pay them 4 times the cost of the course. In 2010,I submitted resignation letter to the General manager of the department, where I was working.Without getting a notice of acceptance of my resignation,I left.Now,6 years have elapsed since then. The company has not sent me any letter to pay any money any time. Can they demand it again now? Will it sustain the test of law in court?I have forgone Rs.15000+ interest(security amount deducted from my salary),Rs.8000(last month salary),whereas the cost of the course was just 42000.Please reply

How to come out from regular

IT WAS A CLUSTER CASE WHERE 8 CLASS I OFFICER AND 18 CLASS III EMPLOYEES WERE INVOLVED. ALL CLASS I OFFICER AND 13 CLASS III EMPLOYEES WERE CHARGE SHEETED AND FINALLY CENSURED. ALL CLASS I OFFICER GOT THEIR DUE PROMOTIONS ON TIME WITHOUT LOOSING A SINGLE DAY THOUGH THE CASE WAS FINALLY DECIDED FOR THEM IN 2013. HOWEVER CLASS III DID NOT GET PROMOTION UNTIL 2014.WHICH MEANT LOSS OF 2 PROMOTIONS.

THE CASE WAS REGULARISED BECAUSE THE CASE WAS NOT PRESENTED PROPERLY BY OUR LAWYER

THERE ARE 2 SETS OF RULES IN LIC REGARDING PROMOTION. FOR CLASS I UNTIL CHARGE SHEET IS ISSUED PROMOTION CANNOT BE DENIED.FOR CLASS III ANY EXPLANATION CALLED FOR DENIES PROMOTION UNTIL CASE IS FINALISED.

I WAS NEVER CHARGE SHEETED. AND I HAD REPRESENTED THIS TO APPELLATE AUTHORITY BUT ALL IN VAIN.

I GOT PROMOTION IN 2015 INA REMOTE BRANCH IN JODHPUR BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO JOIN.

WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT IT WILL COME OUT OF REGULAR O

Objections under Section 5A of LA Act 1894

Sir,
Are the Objections filed under Section 5A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 to the Notification under Section 4(1) of the ibid Act filed by a Secretary of the Society whose Member the absentee Landowner (whose land is likely to be acquired ) valid and serve the purpose of meeting the requirement of objections on or behalf of the Land Owner?

I hope it is not mandatory that the Land owner whose land is being acquired is required to file the objections under section 5A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 himself/ personally within 30 days and attend the hearing in person? (what if the landowner is serving away in defence service or is sick or is away in foreign lands where he has no news of the subject Notification)

Kindly reply with supporting case law in support of absentee land owner on whose behalf the secretary of the Society filed objections under section 5A of LA Act 1894 which were duly considered by the acquiring authority ( who are now when the writ petition has been filed to challenge the acquisition contending that the Land owner failed to file objections .

With Regards to the Experts in the Field

Dr SM
Advocate ( petitioner in Person for his own land subjected to land acquisition)

Actually I went out with my friends in a dhaba.Me & my 2nd friend did not do anything, no one touched me & i didn;t touched anyone,we were standing outside the hotel gate & the hotel manager quarreled with one of my 3rd friend near hotel gate & police forcefully caught 3 of us and filed IPC 85(1).Now case is gone to the court and we have not done anything. Will court clear us with no guilt as we are not criminals and we don't have any case before also and will it impact passport ?
